The aim of the project is to increase the chances on the labour market of people at risk of inactivation of the profession. in MOF Poznań due to increased awareness of the prevention of influenza through health education and prophylaxis. addressed to people aged 50-64 years and to people aged 25-64 from higher risk groups, including non-flight vaccination against influenza. The target group consists of people from the Poznan MOF (learning, working or living in the MOF): [1] 45000 people at age prod. (K.27000,M.18000) that will be vaccinated against influenza and yield. ed. zdr.-persons aged 50-64 years from the area of MOF once in active age occupation. (25-64 years) of the risk groups identified by WHO/NIZP-PZH for influenza, i.e. people contacting a large number of people at work; [2] 400 people (K.240,M.160) on the prevention of flu-working staff. (including GP) and human resources from the IMF area of health and safety. Tasks in the project. (1-4) enable the realisation of specific objectives and significant results/results. By 28.03.2022, the following will be achieved: increased awareness of flu risk factors and the importance of vaccination by inform.-eduk. (including district. 90 leaflets); increase in the number of people covered by the FF threshold of 45 000 people (K.27000,M.18000); increase conscious. and knowledge about the prevention of flu in labor services and employers by realiz. 16 schools. for 400 people. (K.240, M.160); high quality by evaluation and control, among others, ex ante and ex post surveys (every year 1 report, etc.). Thanks to the risk of flu or complications, a long-term effect of the project will be obtained.-supporting activities incl. people with the target and the number of absenteeisms at work, which will contribute to the achievement of the WRPO objective. 6.6.2 as regards the increase in the employability of the projected persons against the risk of inactivation. Przedmiotem proj. jest realiz progr. zdr. dot. profilaktyki grypy w MOF Poznania. Proj. będzie trwał przez 36 mies. od 29.03.2019 do 28.03.2022. Celem gł. proj. jest wzrost szans na rynku pracy osób zagrożonych dezaktywizacją zawod. w MOF Poznania dzięki zwiększeniu świadomości w zakresie profilaktyki grypy poprzez edukację zdr. i działania profilak. skier. do osób w wieku 50-64 lat oraz do osób w wieku 25-64 z grup podwyższonego ryzyka, obejmujące także bezpł. szczepienia przeciw grypie. Gr. docel. stanowią osoby z MOF Poznania (uczące się, pracujące lub zamieszkujące w MOF): [1] 45000 os. w wieku prod. (K.27000,M.18000) które zostaną zaszczepione przeciw grypie i uzysk. eduk. zdr.-os. w wieku 50-64 lata z terenu MOF raz os. w wieku aktywn. zawod. (25-64 lata) ze wskazanych przez WHO/NIZP-PZH grup ryzyka zachorowań na grypę, tj. os. kontaktujące się w pracy z dużą liczbą ludzi; [2] 400 os.
