Aim of Project Mon. “KADEMIA GOOD CHANGE-we activate ourselves!” is the social and professional activation of 50 people (35K,15M) aged 18-64 inactive or unemployed, at risk of poverty or social exclusion. — benefiting from social assistance or eligible for support, i.e. meet at least one of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Social Aid Act, residing in municipalities of Piski districts – through the implementation of individual pathways of reintegration of the Individual Social Employment Programme, including instruments of comprehensive activation. Project implementation period 01.02.2019-31.12.2021. The planned support will help to acquire and improve psychosocial skills and professions. Up and provide guidance for the career path, and in the future it will contribute to a return to the labour market. Participation in the project allows participation in active social inclusion instruments and professions, i.e.: support psychologist, professional advisers, job coach, lawyer, coach, vocational training, apprenticeships, professional internships. Celem projektu pn. „AKADEMIA DOBREJ ZMIANY-aktywizujemy siebie!” jest zaktywizowanie społeczno- zawodowe 50 osób (35K,15M) w wieku 18- 64 lat biernych zawodowo lub bezrobotnych, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. - korzystających ze świadczeń z pomocy społ. lub kwalifikujących się do objęcia wsparciem, tj. spełniaj. co najmniej jedną z przesłanek określ. w art. 7 ustawy o pomocy społ., zamieszkujących w gminach pow. piskiego.- poprzez realiz. indywid. ścieżki reintegracji Indywidualnego Programu Zatrudnienia Socjalnego, obejmującej instrumenty kompleksowej aktywizacji. Okres realizacji projektu 01.02.2019 r.-31.12.2021 r. Zaplanowane wsparcie pozwoli na pozyskanie i doskonalenie umiejętności psychospołecznych i zawod. UP oraz pozwoli na ukierunkowanie ścieżki zawodowej, a w przyszłości przyczyni się powrotu na rynek pracy. Uczestnictwo w proj. pozwala na udział w instrumentach aktywnej integracji o charakterze społ. i zawod., tj.: wsparcie psychologa, doradcy zawod., trenera pracy, prawnika, coacha, szkolenia zawodowe, praktyki zawod., staże zawod. Każdy z UP będzie objęty ubezpieczeniem, uczestnicy praktyk i staży zawod. otrzymają stypendium. (Polish)
