The subject of the project will be the development of “Szyjka” beach in Oleck with an area of approximately 3.5 ha and will include: 1) Creation of pedestrians with gravel surface, with fragments slowing down movement with granite cube gr. 6 cm, access to the observation point length 589.4 m, 2) Construction of LED lighting and monitoring; 3) Assembly of park benches – on a concrete basis, seating of wooden benches, vandal-resistant (benches with backrest 29 pieces, 23 benches without backrest); 4) Installation of waste bins in benches style, vandal-resistant (12 pieces); 5) Construction of a floating bridge; 6) One bathing facility, including: making the beach, preparing the bottom within the bathing area; 7) Construction of a slipper for launching small vessels together with a stand for a self-propelled crane; 8) Building of the lookout shelter – pow. 26,00 m²; 9) Making small architecture, including: el. didactic – 3 sets, information boards – 3 pieces, barbecue space – 2 pieces, steel post folded. 10) Purchase and installation of a modular pavilion with an area. 21 m², 7x3 m, wooden, made in Canadian technology – it will serve as an equipment facility for rescuers serving the beach; 11) Purchase and assembly of concrete deck chairs with wood panels – 6 pieces; 12) Purchase and assembly of a public toilet equipped for disabled persons (external walls finished with stone slabs, aluminium doors, facade details made of HPL and stainless steel); 13)Equipment of greenery, carpet lawns and planting. 14) Access roads, installation of bicycle, metal, single, vandal-resistant stands (25 pieces) – ineligible Thanks to the implementation of the investment, the area covered by the project will become an attractive tourist destination and resting place of Olecka residents. Przedmiotem projektu będzie zagospodarowanie plaży „Szyjka” w Olecku o powierzchni około 3,5 ha i obejmie: 1) Wykonanie ciągów pieszych o nawierzchni żwirowej, z fragmentami spowolniającymi ruch o nawierzchni z kostki granitowej gr. 6 cm, wykonanie dojścia do punktu widokowego o dł 589,4m, 2) Budowa oświetlenia typu LED i monitoringu; 3) Montaż ławek parkowych – na podstawie betonowej, siedziska ławek drewniane, wandaloodporne (ławki z oparciem 29 sztuk, 23 ławki bez oparcia); 4) Montaż koszy na śmieci w stylistyce zgodnej z ławkami, wandaloodporne (12 sztuk); 5) Budowę pomostu pływającego; 6) Urządzenie jednego kąpieliska, w tym: wykonanie plaży, przygotowanie dna w obrębie kąpieliska; 7) Budowa slipu do wodowania małych jednostek pływających wraz ze stanowiskiem pod samojezdny dźwig; 8) Budowa wiaty widokowej – pow. 26,00 m2; 9) Wykonanie małej architektury, w tym: el. dydaktyczne - 3 komplety, tablice informacyjne - 3 sztuki, miejsce grillowe - 2 sztuki, słupek stalowy składany. 10) Zakup i montaż pawilonu modułowego o pow. 21 m2, wym.7x3 m, drewniany, wykonany w technologii kanadyjskiej – będzie pełnił funkcję zaplecza sprzętowego dla ratowników obsługujących plażę; 11) Zakup i montaż leżaków betonowych z panelami z drewna – 6 sztuk; 12) Zakup i montaż toalety publicznej poj. przystosowanej dla potrzeb os. niepełnosprawnych (ściany zewnętrzne wykończone płytami kamiennymi, drzwi aluminiowe, detale elewacji z płyt HPL i stali nierdzewnej); 13)Urządzenie zieleni, wykonanie trawników dywanowych i nasadzenia roślin. 14) Drogi dojazdowe, montaż stojaków rowerowych, metalowych, pojedynczych, wandaloodpornych (25 sztuk)-niekwalifikowalne Dzięki realizacji inwestycji obszar objęty projektem stanie się atrakcyjnym punktem wycieczek turystów oraz miejscem wypoczynku mieszkańców Olecka. Wnioskodawca zawarł porozumienia pozwalające zaoferować mu kompleksowe i komplementarne usługi.Projekt jest zgodny z typem określonym w SZOP RPO WiM dla Osi 6 (Polish)
