The subject of the project: “Modernisation of the Cinema "Peace" in Lubawa is the modernisation of the facility located at the street. Kupnera 27 on dz.nr 482, 481/5, from area 3. Land development is also planned – outdoor terrace, resistance wall, window well, ramp for the disabled, parking spaces; rainwater plumbing installation, external electrical, telecommunications, thermal installations; modernisation of the roof with the possibility of RES installation, thermal modernisation; construction and finishing works in the building,instal. internal: sanitary, heating, ventilation and electrical. The investor, contractor of the project and the entity responsible for maintaining sustainability (also financially) is the Municipal Cultural Centre in Lubawa, located at ul. Rzepnikowski 44 in Lubawa. The realisation of the investment results from the provisions of SZOP “Culture and Heritage” and “LPR of the City of Lubawa as part of the Overlocal Programme (...)”. According to the objectives enshrined in the SZOP, the overarching objective of the project is to increase the number of people benefiting from the offer of cultural institutions building regional identity in the voivodship. In order to achieve the main objective of the project, it is necessary to undertake investment actions with the scope shown in this feasibility study. Investment outlays on the renovation and reconstruction of the cinema “Po Peace” in Lubawa will not only strengthen the technical condition of the facility and manage the area around it, but will also contribute to creating conditions for increasing the number of people benefiting from the offer of cultural institutions, building regional identity in the voivodship, and thus to social integration of the inhabitants of Lubawa through their social and cultural activation. The specific objective is also to extend the cultural offer of the MOK and to improve accessibility to cult facilities. The object will be given social functions, promotion of social inclusion, which will help to achieve a better quality of life for the Lubawa community and improve the tourist attractiveness of the city. Przedmiotem projektu pt. „Modernizacja Kina „Pokój” w Lubawie” jest modernizacja obiektu mieszczącego się przy ul. Kupnera 27 na dz.nr 482, 481/5, z obrębu 3. Przewiduje się też zagospodarowanie terenu - taras zewnętrzny,murek oporowy, studzienka przyokienna,pochylnia dla niepełnosprawnych, miejsca postojowe; instal. kanalizacji deszczowej, zewn. instalacje elektryczne,telekomunikacyjne, cieplne; modernizację dachu z umożliwieniem instalacji OZE, termomodernizacja ; roboty budowlane i wykończeniowe w budynku,instal. wewnętrzne: sanitarne, grzewcze, wentylacyjne i elektryczne. Inwestorem, wykonawcą przedsięwzięcia i podmiotem odpowiadającym za utrzymanie trwałości (również finansowej) jest Miejski Ośrodek Kultury w Lubawie, mieszczący się przy ul. Rzepnikowskiego 44 w Lubawie. Realizacja inwestycji wynika z zapisów SZOP "Kultura i dziedzictwo" i „LPR Miasta Lubawa w ramach Ponadlokalnego programu (...)". Zgodnie z celami zapisanymi w SZOP nadrzędnym celem projektu jest wzrost liczby ludności korzystającej z oferty instytucji kultury budujących tożsamość regionalną w województwie. Aby osiągnąć główny cel projektu konieczne jest podjęcie działań inwestycyjnych o zakresie wykazanym w niniejszym studium wykonalności. Nakłady inwestycyjne poniesione na remont i przebudowę kina „Pokój” w Lubawie pozwolą nie tylko wzmocnić stan techniczny przedmiotowego obiektu i zagospodarować teren wokół niego, ale także przyczynią się do stworzenia warunków do wzrostu liczby ludności korzystającej z oferty instytucji kultury, budowania tożsamości regionalnej w województwie, a tym samym do integracji społecznej mieszkańców Lubawy poprzez ich aktywizację społeczną i kulturalną. Celem szczegółowym jest także rozszerzenie oferty kulturalnej MOK i poprawa dostępności do obiektów kult. Obiektowi zostaną nadane nadania funkcji społeczne, nastąpi promowanie włączenia społecznego co posłuży uzyskaniu lepszej jakości życia społeczności Lubawy i poprawi atrakcyjność turystyczną miasta.
