Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja 2 budynków użyteczności publicznej (ZS w Ludomach oraz Warsztatu Terapii Zajęciowej w Wiardunkach) w gminie Ryczywół, w województwie wielkopolskim.Zakres projektu zakłada:1. Termomodernizacja budynków użyteczności publicznej w Wiardunkach – budynek WTZ.Koszty całkowite -926 727,28 PLN, kwal. 923 553,56 PLN, a nkwal.3 173,72PLN(wyłączenie 0,34% powierzchni).W budynku WTZ w Wiadrunkach prace obejmują: docieplenie stropodachu styropianem, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych wełną mineralną, wymiana stolarki na okna o wysokiej izolacyjności termicznej, montaż zaworów termostatycznych przy grzejnikach oraz montaż kotła kondensacyjnego na biomasę wraz ze wspomaganiem grzałką elektryczną. 2. Termomodernizacja budynku ZS w Ludomach-prace obejmują następujący zakres: montaż zaworów termostatycznych przy grzejnikach, montaż pompy ciepła do podgrzewu c.w.u.,docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, podłóg i stropdachów, wymiana stolarki na okna i drzwi o wysokiej izolacyjności termicznej, wentylacja mechaniczna sali gimnastycznej i pomieszczeń w piwnicy,wymiana opraw oświetleniowych na nowe energooszczędne i spełniające normy natężenia oświetlenia.Koszty całkowite - 1 887 318,97PLN, kwal. 1 866 505,02PLN, a nkwal. 20 813,95PLN(wyłączenie 1,1% powierzchni).3.
