Poprawa dostępu do usług wsparcia rodziny i systemu pieczy zastępczej: zapewnienie wsparcia psychoterapeuty, psychologa w ramach usług specjalistycznych, w tym konsultacji i poradnictwa specjalistycznego. 1.Szkolenie dla kandydatów na rodziny zastępcze – 12 os. 2. Szkolenie dla osób prowadzących rodzinną pieczę zastępczą - 75 os.. 3. Kursy związane z doskonaleniem osób prowadzących rodzinne domy dziecka " szkoła dla rodziców" dla 9 os. / os. prowadzące R.D.Dz., ich dzieci biologiczne i będące pod ich opiekąII. Usługi opieki nad osobami niesamodzielnymi o różnym stopniu niesamodzielności odbywać się będzie w szczególności poprzez- - szkolenia dla opiekunów faktycznych - 60 osób,- wsparcie dla usług opiekuńczych poprzez utworzenie miejsc świadczenia usług opiekuńczych w formie usług świadczonych w lokalnej społeczności - usług opiekuńczych krótkookresowego pobytu dziennego dla 20 osób oraz krótkookresowego pobytu całodobowego dla 2 osób. - szkolenie i zatrudnienie asystentów osobistych os. niepełnosprawnej – 5 os.. III. Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie dostępu do mieszkalnictwa wspomaganego ( adaptacja pomieszczeń oraz świadczenia usług z nimi związanych).
