Information on children’s readiness will appear on the website, local media and through recruitment. Facilities for children under the age of 3 will be used to provide care after the ESF funding period. The applicant will endeavour to fill the childcare facilities set up within the project under the age of 3. Celem głównym projektu jest utworzenie 20 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w Gminie i Mieście Jastrowie oraz finansowanie przez 21 miesięcy ich bieżącego funkcjonowania, dzięki czemu rodzice doświadczający trudności na runku pracy z powodu opieki nad dzieckiem do lat 3, będą mogli utrzymać, znaleźć lub aktywnie poszukiwać pracy. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.06.2020 do 30.09.2022.Projekt będzie realizowany w nowopowstałym żłobku. Adres: 64-915 Jastrowie ul.1 Maja 11.Wsparcie jest zgodne z diagnozą wskazaną w fiszce projektu pozakonkursowego oraz wynika z indywidualnie zdiagnozowanego zapotrzebowania placówki/placówek objętych wsparciem w projekcie. Główne działania:- prace adaptacyjne: 5 pomieszczeń;- doposażenie w meble/sprzęt 5 pomieszczeń;- doposażenie w materiały dydaktyczne 1 pomieszczeń;- utworzenie 20 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 oraz sfinansowanie 21 miesięcy bieżącego funkcjonowania;Po ustaniu finansowania z EFS, nowopowstałe w ramach projektu miejsca będą finansowane z następujących źródeł: ze środków własnych i/lub dotacji rządowych. Informacje na temat gotowości do przyjęcia dzieci pojawią się na stronie www, w mediach lokalnych oraz poprzez prowadzenie rekrutacji. Wyposażenie sal zabaw i miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 będzie wykorzystywane w celu sprawowania opieki po okresie finansowania ze środków EFS. Wnioskodawca będzie dążył do obsadzenia utworzonych w ramach projektu miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3.
