The project “Digital Administration – new e-services in the Stawiguda Municipality” will be the subject of: — implementation of 13 e-services characterised by high repetitiveness and high level of maturity – launching 4 ICT systems a) Central platform e-services inhabitant, b) Integrated domain system, c) Electronic document circulation system, d) e-recruitment system. The project envisages the following tasks/steps: — Implementation of ICT systems and launching e-services at levels 3 and 5 of maturity through the purchase of IT services and intangible assets, – Purchase of fixed assets, i.e. necessary IT equipment and software, – Full supervision by the project engineer, – Promotional measures. As a result of the above steps, the ability of Stawiguda Municipality to improve matters of a public nature by digitising administrative processes will be increased. The project fits into the assumptions enshrined in the SzOOP RPO WiM for Priority Axis Digital Region, Thematic Objective 2 – Increasing the availability, use and quality of information and communication technologies (ICT). The development of services provided by public institutions, including e.g. self-government administration, is a challenge in the 2014-2020 programming period. It requires the development and implementation of electronic tools to inform the circulation of documents and data and to conduct administrative procedures via the internet. The implemented systems will support the implementation of public tasks by the Stawigud Municipality and will have a positive impact on the broadening of customers’ access to information and resources of the office. Przedmiotem projektu "Cyfrowa administracja - nowe e-usługi w Gminie Stawiguda" będzie: - wdrożenie 13 e-usług charakteryzujących się wysokim walorem powtarzalności i wysokim poziomem dojrzałości – uruchomienie 4 systemów teleinformatycznych a) Centralna platforma e-usług mieszkańca, b) Zintegrowany system dziedzinowy, c) Elektroniczny system obiegu dokumentów, d) System e-rekrutacje. W ramach projektu przewidziano realizację następujących zadań/etapów: - Wdrożenie systemów teleinformatycznych i uruchomienie e-usług na 3 i 5 poziomie dojrzałości poprzez zakup usług informatycznych oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych, - Zakup środków trwałych, tj. niezbędnego sprzętu informatycznego i oprogramowania, - Pełnienie nadzoru przez inżyniera projektu, - Działania promocyjne. W wyniku realizacji powyższych etapów zwiększona zostanie zdolność Gminy Stawiguda do usprawnienia spraw o charakterze publicznym poprzez cyfryzację procesów administracyjnych. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia wpisane w SzOOP RPO WiM dla Osi Priorytetowej Cyfrowy Region, Cel tematyczny 2 - Zwiększenie dostępności, stopnia wykorzystania i jakości technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (TIK). Rozwój usług świadczonych przez instytucje publiczne, w tym np. administrację samorządową jest wyzwaniem w okresie programowania 2014-2020. Wymaga ona tworzenia i wdrażania narzędzi elektronicznych pozwalających na informatyzację obiegu dokumentów i danych oraz prowadzenie procedur administracyjnych za pomocą internetu. Uruchomione systemy będą wspomagały realizację zadań publicznych przez Gminę Stawiguda i wpływać będą pozytywnie na poszerzenie dostępu klientów do informacji i zasobów urzędu. W ramach projektu zostanie wykorzystana funkcjonalność platformy krajowej ePUAP. Wnioskodawcą i realizatorem jest Gmina Stawiguda. (Polish)
