The project implemented by the Lidzbarski District aims to increase the supply of public services provided electronically and to make public sector information available in the network – in the Department of Geodesy, Cartography, Catastrophe and Property Management of the District Starostwo in Lidzbark Warmiński will be implemented 14 new e-services (2 services at 5 level of maturity, 8 services at 4 level of maturity and 4 services at the 3rd level of communication) and increased use of modern information technology. The project plans to carry out the following tasks: 1) Launch of the GIS (geoportal) platform with the establishment and implementation of public e-services. 2) Modernisation of land and buildings records (EGiB) for Lubomino municipality. 3) Creation of a database of topographic objects (BDOT500) for whole units of communes: (Lidzbark Warmiński (rural area), Orneta (rural area), Kivita and Lubomino). 4) Establishment of a GESUT database for whole units of communes: (Lidzbark Warmiński (rural area), Orneta (rural area), Kivita and Lubomino). 5) A service line integrating ePUAP, EZD and domain systems. 6) Training for employees in the field of handling implemented e-services. 7) Purchase of a server dedicated to e-services. Increasing and improving the services provided by the District Office in the field of geodesy and cartography by electronic means will allow for the development of administration in the direction of offering intelligent e-services. This means administration available always and wherever you can match the service to your needs. The introduction of solutions at the level of widespread use of the Internet will strengthen the relationship between the stakeholders and the office and improve communication and the circulation of information, which means mutual benefits. Projekt realizowany przez Powiat Lidzbarski ma na celu zwiększenie podaży publicznych usług świadczonych drogą elektroniczną oraz udostępnianie w sieci informacji sektora publicznego – w Wydziale Geodezji, Kartografii, Katastru i Gospodarki Nieruchomościami Starostwa Powiatowego w Lidzbarku Warmińskim zostanie wdrożonych 14 nowych e-usług (2 usług na 5 poziomie dojrzałości, 8 usług na 4 poziomie dojrzałości oraz 4 usług na 3 poziomie dojrzałości) oraz zwiększenie wykorzystania nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno – komunikacyjnych w Starostwie. W ramach projektu planowane jest przeprowadzenie następujących zadań: 1) Uruchomienie platformy GIS (geoportal) wraz z utworzeniem i wdrożeniem e-usług publicznych. 2) Modernizacja ewidencji gruntów i budynków (EGIB) dla gminy Lubomino. 3) Utworzenie bazy danych obiektów topograficznych (BDOT500) dla całych jednostek ewidencyjnych gmin: (Lidzbark Warmiński (obszar wiejski), Orneta (obszar wiejski), Kiwity i Lubomino). 4) Utworzenie bazy GESUT dla całych jednostek ewidencyjnych gmin: (Lidzbark Warmiński (obszar wiejski), Orneta (obszar wiejski), Kiwity i Lubomino). 5) Szyna usług integrująca usługi ePUAP, EZD i systemy dziedzinowe. 6) Szkolenie dla pracowników z zakresu obsługi wdrożonych e-usług. 7) Zakup serwera dedykowanego do e-usług. Zwiększenie i udoskonalenie świadczonych przez Starostwo Powiatowe usług z zakresu geodezji i kartografii drogą elektroniczną pozwoli na rozwój administracji w kierunku oferowania inteligentnych e-usług. Oznacza to administrację dostępną zawsze i wszędzie, gdzie użytkownik może dopasować usługę do swoich potrzeb. Wprowadzenie rozwiązań działających na płaszczyźnie szerokiego wykorzystanie Internetu sprawi, że zostaną wzmocnione relacje pomiędzy interesariuszem a urzędem oraz zostanie usprawniona komunikacja i obieg informacji, co oznacza obustronne korzyści.
