The project to modernise the existing municipal waste water treatment plant in Wydminy. The water treatment plant is located on the east from Wydminy in the area of Mazchówka on Dz. No. 385, owned by PUKiZ sp. z o.o. The facility was built in 1996-1998. The installation is used to support the area of the Agglomeration of Wydminy PLWM060 by 2668 RLM. The main reason for the planned modernisation of the mechanical and biological treatment plant is the exploitation of existing facilities and equipment. Despite less than originally designed waste water, the loads of pollutants in the tributary are larger than those originally designed. High concentrations of pollutants in the supply cause periodic operational difficulties, resulting in periodic excesses of the permitted concentration of total nitrogen in the drain. The project’s material scope includes: a)construction: — shelters of dehydrated sludge storage, – MBR reactor maintenance building, – drainage channel from the world, – air pipeline to the MBR reactor, – WLZ powering equipment, b)adaptation of horizontal settler to MBR reactor, c)modernisation of cleaning technology by replacing equipment in: — water catchment point and water supply tank, – grate building, – centrifugal sandbox, – biological block comprising chambers: defosphatation, denitration, Nitra, – pumping room, – mechanical drainage station, d)repair chambers: compensatory tank, biological block, PIX tank tray, e)renovation of the grille building, building of mechanical sludge drainage station (f) modernisation of electrical and control systems. The project fits into the assumptions of the V priority axis, realising the objective of the subject. 6 Conservation and protection of the natural environment and support for resource efficiency, the project will improve the waste water treatment process, which will lead to environmental improvement by reducing the amount of pollution emitted into water. Przedsięwzięcie dot. modernizacji istniejącej instalacji do oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych w Wydminach. Oczyszczalnia usytuowana jest na wsch. od m.Wydminy w obrębie w.Mazuchówka na dz. nr 385, stanowiącej własność PUKiZ sp. z o.o. Obiekt został wybudowany w l. 1996 -1998. Instalacja służy do obsługi terenu Aglomeracji Wydminy PLWM060 o 2668 RLM. Głównym powodem planowanej modernizacji mechaniczno-biologicznej oczyszczalni jest wyeksploatowanie istniejących obiektów i urządzeń. Pomimo mniejszej od projektowanej pierwotnie ilości przyjmowanych ścieków, ładunki zanieczyszczeń w dopływie są większe od projektowanych. Wysokie stężenia zanieczyszczeń w dopływie, powodują okresowe trudności eksploatacyjne co skutkuje okresowymi przekroczeniami dopuszczalnej koncentracji azotu ogólnego w odpływie. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: a)budowę: - wiaty składowania osadu odwodnionego, - budynku obsługi reaktora MBR, - kanału odcieków z wiaty, - rurociągu powietrza do reaktora MBR, - WLZ zasilania urządzeń, b)adaptację osadnika poziomego na reaktor MBR, c)modernizację technologii oczyszczania poprzez wymianę urządzeń w: - punkcie zlewnym i zbiorniku wyrównawczym ścieków dowożonych, - budynku kraty, - piaskownika wirowego, - bloku biologicznym obejmującym komory: defosfatacji, denitry?kacji, nitry?kacji, - pompowni, - stacji mechanicznego odwadniania osadu, d)remont komór: zbiornika wyrównawczego, bloku biologicznego, tacy zbiornika PIX, e)remont pomieszczeń budynku kraty, budynku stacji mechanicznego odwadnia osadu f) modernizacja instalacji elektrycznej i AKPiA. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia V osi priorytetowej, realizaując cel temat. 6 Zachowanie i ochrona środowiska przyrodniczego oraz wspieranie efektywnego gospodarowania zasobami, efektem realizacji projektu będzie ulepszenie procesu oczyszczonia ścieków co przełoży się na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego poprzez ograniczenie ilości zanieczyszczeń emitowanych do wód.
