Celem projektu jest podniesienie aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 40 osób (26K,14M,w tym 11 os.z niepełnosprawnościami-6K,5M) z terenu Giżycka w okresie 24 miesięcy.Zadania:1.diagnoza zasobów i potrzeb(pogłębiona diagnoza potencjału i deficytów w celu określenia indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej),dla każdego UP zostanie przygotow.indywidualny program zatrudnienia socjalnego.2.reintergacja społeczno-zawodowa (indywidualne i grupowe wsparcie psychologa,doradcyzawodowego,pracownika socjalnego),warsztaty z ekonomii społ,warsztaty komputerowe i warsztaty fotograficzne jako element aktywizacji społecznej UP (przygotują 2 wystawy "Giżycko okiem CIS")3.praktyki zawodowe-zostaną utworzone 2 pracownie (porządkowo-budowlana i usług opiekuńczych,zostaną zatrudnieni innstruktorzy zawodu),UP będą także kierowani do pracodawców na praktyki,wybór pracowni/pracodawców zgodnie z określonym planem rozwoju dla każdego UP.Za realizację zadań odpowiedzialny jest kierownik projektu. Projekt wpisuje się w Lokalny Program Rewitalizacji-UP przygotują wystawy zdjęć z obszarów objętych rewitalizacją,praktyki w pracowni porządkowo-budowlanej będą się odbywać m.in.na rewitalizowanym obszarze.Wykorzys. rozwiąz. z proj. „Konkurencyjni, nowocześni, skuteczni – podnoszenie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych osób z niepełnospr. intelektualną” PO KL 2007-2013 i „Centrum Doradztwa Zawodowego i Wspierania Osób Niepełnospr.Intelektualnie– Centrum DZWONI” (PO KL 2007-2013)w zakresie realizowanej ścieżki wsparcia dla UP (wsparcie indywid.i grupowe UP przez specjalistów i instruktorów zawodu,realizacja warsztatów integracyjnych wpływających na podniesienie aktywności społ.UP).Grupa docelowa: 40 osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykl.społ,w tym osoby bezrobotne oddalone od rynku pracy w wieku 15-64.Są to osoby z nakładającym się wielokrotnym wykluczeniem.Rezultaty: efektywność społeczna osób zagrożonych wykl. społ: 35%, efektywność zatrudnienieniowa os.zagrożonych wykl.społ:25% (Polish)
