Celem gł. projektu jest przedłużenie aktywności zawodowej co najmniej 173 spośród 288 osób (115M i 173 K) zwolnionych z przyczyn dotyczących zakładu pracy w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 miesięcy przed dniem przystąpienie do projektu, osób przewidzianych do zwolnienia i osób zagrożonych zwolnieniem z przyczyn dotyczących zakładów pracy, zamieszkujących subregion elbląski, objętych wsparciem w projekcie zostaną zrealizowane 2 ścieżki uczestnictwa–szkoleniowa,w której wezmą udział 232 osoby i ścieżka dotacyjna–w której będzie uczestniczyć 56 os. Projekt przewiduje kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane podejście do każdego z uczestników,oferując szeroki katalog form wsparcia. Każdy uczestnik zostanie objęty min. 2 instrumentami wsparcia realizowanymi w ramach następujących zadań: 1.Ścieżka aktywizacyjna–dla wszystkich uczestników projektu (288os): ind. poradnictwo zawodowe w wym. śr.6h/os,praca nad IPD w wym. śr.4h/os- dla ucz. ścieżki szkoleniowej i 2h/os.-dla ucz. ścieżki dotacyjnej 2.Szkolenia,staże i studia: szkolenia zawodowe w wym.śr.130h dla 220 os.,studia podyplomowe dla 12 os,3-miesięczne staże zawodowe dla 36 os 3.Ścieżka dotacyjna–dla 56 uczestników projektu:doradztwo indywidualne przed przyznaniem dotacji– 10h/os,jednorazowa dotacja inwestycyjna–dla 56 os,wsparcie pomostowe-doradztwo na etapie prow. działaln.–10h/os,wsparcie pomostowe-pomoc finans. w trakcie prow. działal.–dla 56 os 4.Pośrednictwo pracy:przedstawienie każdemu uczestnikowi kończącemu szkolenia,staż lub studia min.3 ofert pracy–2h/os,dodatek relokacyjny–dla 7 osób,które jako pierwsze znajdą pracę na okres min. 6 m-cy od dnia powstania stosunku pracy,w co najmniej poł. wymiaru czasu pracy lub stosunku cywilno prawnego,w odległości min.50km od stałego miejsca zamieszkania,których czas dojazdu ww. miejsca i z potworem środkami transportu zbiorowego przekracza łącznie min.3h dziennie.
