The subject of the project is the implementation in round 01.08.2018-29.02.2020 of comprehensive and individual activities aimed at residents of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship (WW) living in the communes of WW entering the so-called rural functional areas requiring support of development processes. They will be:Chodzież,Chodzież-gm. Village,Szamocin,Margonin,Damasławek-gm.Rural,Gołańcz,Mieścisko-gm. Village,Wągrowiec,Wągrowiec,Wągrowiec,Czarnków-gm. Participants of the project (UP) will be 100 persons above 29 (i.e. those who on the date of commencement of participation in the project completed 30 years), without work, min.90 % with low qualifications, residing in the above mentioned communities. In this group: —85 % is unemployed (including 47 %-40 people-long-term) – together in PUP as well as unemployed persons outside the PUP (referred to as defined BAEL) -15 % is a person’s profession. —20 % is more than 50 %. —10 % is a person with disabilities (OZN) -60 % women Every UP will use: 1.Individuals.professional advice (including IPD updates),psych. and employment agency 2.Professional training resulting from the IPD of a givenUP and at the same time coincide with the current needs of employers from the commune/powiat where the dataUP lives on a specific qualifier/competition. 70 %Participation in trainings from qualifiers.vocation and 30 %in the school.fromcompetition. 100 % of the PUP will take the examination verifying the degree of qualification acquisition./competitiveness.
