The subject of the project is the implementation in round 01.08.2018-31.12.2019 of comprehensive and individual activities aimed at residents of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship (WW) living in the communes WWwchodz to the so-called rural functional areas requiring support of development processes. They will be in the villages:Chodzież-gm. Village,Szamocin,Margonin,Damasławek-gm. Village,Gołańcz,Mieścisko-gm.wiej.,Wągno-gm.,Wągrowiec,Wągrowiec, Czarnków-gm. Participants of the project (UP) will be 100 persons above 29 (i.e. those who on the date of commencement of participation in the project completed 30 years), without work, min.90 % with low qualifications, residing in the above mentioned communities. In this group: —60 % is unemployed (including 47 %-29 people-long-term) – together in PUPjak and unemployment.outside the PUPP -40 % is a person’s profession. —20 % is a person over 50 years. —10 % of people with disabilities (OZN) -60 % of women Each UP will have the opportunity to take advantage of: 1.Individuals.professional advisory services (including papers and updates of IPD),psychological and employment agency 2.Trainings arising from the IPD of a givenUP and at the same time coincide with the current needs of employers from the commune/poviat where the data are living on the specified.qualification/competition. 100 %Participation in trainings from qualifiers.vocation and 30 %in the school.fromcompetition. 100 % of the PUP will take the examination verifying the degree of qualification acquisition./competitiveness.
