The development of mobility and public transport of the Municipality Lidzbark Warminski is to improve the mobility of residents of Lidzbark Warminski and tourists visiting them by creating and launching free public transport. Lidzbark Warmiński does not have organised public transport on the day of application, and local transport is carried out using individual means of transport (bike, passenger car). The lack of organised urban transport offers negatively affects the mobility of city residents (in particular disabled and elderly people) and thus justifies the implementation of the project. In view of the fact that there is no existing public transport, it is necessary to implement the project in a comprehensive manner, taking into account not only the purchase of bus rolling stock, but also the creation of a new and modernised infrastructure in the surroundings by: 1. Replacement of luminaires; 2. Reconstruction of St. Dąbrowski in Lidzbark Warminski, through the construction of pedestrian and foot-bike lines, along with the construction of a new road pavement structure, reconstruction of exits to the property, reconstruction of existing armament, reconstruction of lighting and other accompanying works; 3. Reconstruction of St. The field in Lidzbark Warmiński consists of building a bicycle walk from ul. Astronomers to St. Sunny, including the construction of pedestrian and foot-bike lines, including the reconstruction of drain wells, the reconstruction of exits to the property and other accompanying works; 4.     Celem projektu pn. Rozwój mobilności i transportu publicznego Gminy Miejskiej Lidzbark Warmiński jest poprawa mobilności mieszkańców miasta Lidzbark Warmiński oraz odwiedzających je turystów poprzez utworzenie i uruchomienie bezpłatnej, publicznej komunikacji zbiorowej. Na dzień składania wniosku Lidzbark Warmińskie nie posiada zorganizowanej komunikacji miejskiej, a komunikacja lokalna realizowana jest z wykorzystaniem indywidualnych środków transportowych (rower, samochód osobowy). Brak zorganizowanej, miejskiej oferty przewozowej negatywnie oddziałuje na mobilność mieszkańców miasta (w szczególności osób niepełnosprawnych i starszych) i tym samym uzasadnia realizację projektu. Z uwagi na wskazany fakt, braku istniejącej komunikacji miejskiej, konieczna jest realizacja projektu w sposób kompleksowy uwzględniający nie tylko zakup taboru autobusowego, ale również stworzenie nowej i modernizację istniejącej w otoczeniu infrastruktury poprzez: 1. Wymianę opraw oświetleniowych; 2. Przebudowa ul. Dąbrowskiego w Lidzbarku Warmińskim, poprzez budowę ciągów pieszych oraz ciągów pieszo-rowerowych, wraz z wykonaniem nowej konstrukcji nawierzchni jezdni, przebudowę zjazdów do posesji, przebudowę istniejącego uzbrojenia, przebudowę oświetlenia oraz innymi pracami towarzyszącymi; 3. Przebudowa ul. Polnej w Lidzbarku Warmińskim polegającej na budowie ciągu pieszo rowerowego od ul. Astronomów do ul. Słonecznej, obejmująca budowę ciągów pieszych oraz ciągów pieszo-rowerowych wraz z przebudową studni wpustowych, przebudowę zjazdów do posesji oraz innymi pracami towarzyszącymi; 4. Montaż stacja ładowania pojazdów elektrycznych typu półszybkiego oraz wolnego; 5. Utworzenie przystanków autobusowych wraz z oznaczeniem; 6.
