    Zadanie dot. poprawy zrównoważonej mobilności i wzrostu efektywności energetycznej w Olsztynie poprzez : 1. przebudowę infrastruktury rowerowej i pieszej, m.in.: • rozbiórka istniejących konstrukcji chodników wraz z krawężnikami i obrzeżami, • wykonanie koryta pod nowe konstrukcje nawierzchni chodników i ścieżek rowerowych, • regulacja pionową istniejących studni i zaworów, • doprowadzenie podłoża do grupy nośności podłoża G1, • wykonanie nowych konstrukcji nawierzchni chodników i ścieżek rowerowych, • wykonanie oznakowania pionowego i poziomego, • montaż urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego, • odtworzenie trawników 2. przebudowę oświetlenia miejskiego, m.in.: • przebudowa oświetlenia drogowego, • budowę oświetlenia ciągów pieszych i rowerowych, • ochrona od porażeń. na odcinku ul. Promowanie strategii niskoemisyjnych dla wszystkich terytoriów, w szczególności dla obszarów miejskich, w tym wspieranie zrównoważonej, multimodalnej mobilności miejskiej i działań adaptacyjnych mających oddziaływanie łagodzące na zmiany klimatu. Zadanie dot. poprawy zrównoważonej mobilności i wzrostu efektywności energetycznej na terenie miasta Olsztyna poprzez działania w kierunku infrastruktury w zakresie niezmotoryzowanego transportu indywidualnego (budowa obustronnych ścieżek rowerowych i chodników wzdłuż ul. Leonharda gdzie odbywa się również transport zbiorowy komunikacji miejskiej ) oraz przebudowy oświetlenia na energooszczędne sterowane ruchem.
