The subject of the project is the execution of works improving the energy efficiency of the WM Nieruchomości building at ul. I'm Al. Polish Army 29 in Ornet, which has 3 households. The project will result in a deep comprehensive energy modernisation of the Community building. Scope of work: —Hotification of the outer walls – styrofoam or mineral wool – 14 cm. —The warming of the ceiling over the last floor of residential mineral wool – 23 cm. —Replacement of wooden windows in the common part of the building for energy-saving woodwork or PVC – Replacement of external doors for energy-saving carpentry – Warming of external walls of basements above and underground with extruded styrofoam – 10 cm. —Made of damp insulation – water and thermal insulation of the foundation walls (due to the phenomenon of capillary moisture pull-up). — Modernisation of the lighting system (exchange of lighting for new ones in LED technology with the presence of people sensor) The project fits in with the objective of sub-development of energy efficiency in residential buildings RPO WiM 2014-2020, whose thematic objective is to support the transition to a low carbon economy in all sectors.The project will contribute to improving the energy efficiency of the residential building. Przedmiotem proj.jest wykonanie prac poprawiających efektywność energetyczną budynku WM Nieruchomości przy ul. Al. Wojska Polskiego 29 w Ornecie, który zamieszkują 3 gospodarstwa domowe. W wyniku realizacji proj. nastąpi głęboka kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku Wspólnoty. Zakres prac: -Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych - styropian lub wełna mineralna - 14 cm. -Docieplenie stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją mieszkalną wełną mineralną - 23 cm. -Wymiana okien drewnianych w części wspólnej budynku na stolarkę energooszczędną drewnianą lub PCV -Wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych na stolarkę energooszczędną -Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych piwnic nadziemnych i podziemnych styropianem ekstrudowanym- 10 cm. -Wykonanie izolacji przeciwwilgociowych -izolacja przeciwwodna oraz cieplna ścian fundamentowych (ze względu na zjawisko kapilarnego podciągania wilgoci). -modernizacja systemu oświetlenia (wymiana oświetlenia na nowe w technologii LED z czujnikiem obecności osób Projekt wpisuje się cel poddz.4.3.2 Efektywność energetyczna w budynkach mieszkalnych RPO WiM 2014-2020,którego celem tematycznym jest wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich Sektorach.Proj. przyczyni się do poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku mieszkalnego.
