The aim of the project will be to make electronic services available to stakeholders in the field of automation of clearing and handling of receivables as well as various channels of electronic interaction between the Applicant and stakeholders, in particular related to the provision of media. For this to be possible, it is necessary to automate the meter reading process at regular and synchronised intervals to begin with. The project provides for the purchase of n/w electronic devices and services: Purchase, commissioning and implementation of telemetry modules together with the supervision system e-service portal (eBOK) + e-services (e_service system) purchase of fixed assets The stages of the project implementation: — selection of the contractor in accordance with the PZP – conclusion of an agreement with the contractor and commencement of works – execution of works/implementation according to the established timetable – completion of the project and signing of the final protocol – final settlement of the project The project is part of the assumptions set out in the Polish Academy of Sciences’ Thematic Objective 2 – Increasing accessibility, use and quality of information and communication technologies (ICT). The development of services provided by public institutions, including e.g. self-government administration, is a challenge in the 2014-2020 programming period. It requires the development and implementation of electronic tools to inform the circulation of documents and data and to conduct administrative procedures via the Internet. Przedmiotem projektu będzie udostępnienie usług elektronicznych interesariuszom w zakresie automatyzacji rozliczania i obsługi należności a także zróżnicowanych kanałów elektronicznej interakcji pomiędzy Wnioskodawcą a interesariuszami, w szczególności związanymi z dostarczaniem mediów. By to było możliwe koniecznej jest na początek zautomatyzowanie procesu odczytu liczników w regularnych i zsynchronizowanych odstępach czasu. Projekt przewiduje zakup n/w urządzeń i usług elektronicznych: Zakup, uruchomienie i wdrożenie modułów telemetrycznych wraz z systemem nadzoru Portal e-usług (eBOK) + e-usługi(system e_usługi) zakup środków trwałych Etapy realizacji projektu: - wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z PZP - zawarcie umowy z wykonawcą i rozpoczęcie prac - realizacja prac / wdrożenia zgodnie z założonym harmonogramem - zakończenie projektu i podpisanie protokołu końcowego - końcowe rozliczenie projektu Proj. wpisuje się w założenia wpisane w SzOOP RPOWWM Cel tematyczny 2 - Zwiększenie dostępności, stopnia wykorzystania i jakości technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (TIK). Rozwój usług świadczonych przez instytucje publiczne, w tym np. administrację samorządową jest wyzwaniem w okresie programowania 2014-2020. Wymaga ono tworzenia i wdrażania narzędzi elektronicznych, pozwalających na informatyzację obiegu dokumentów i danych oraz prowadzenie procedur administracyjnych za pośrednictwem Internetu. (Polish)
