The project will consist of computerisation of the Oleck Municipal Office together with the implementation of e-services that will be provided through the launched online platform. The project will allow the development of modern electronic services, with particular emphasis on services with a high level of e-maturity, security and their integration into a common platform of electronic public administration services (ePUAP). The project’s activities and results will ensure that the results of the ePUAP2 project are consolidated by increasing the possibility of using the application infrastructure and the ePUAP system platform2, especially by using the trusted profile as the basic authentication mechanism for project e-service users.? Implementation of planned hardware and application solutions will ensure high scalability of the solution guaranteeing the high quality of services expected by external and internal users. The use of services available to the public shall be independent of the place of residence. Due to the poor condition of the Office’s teletechnical infrastructure shown in the feasibility study, the project assumes its modernisation in the network layer (LAN) and the purchase of server devices, computers and devices that ensure the security of the network and the data transmitted therein. In the application layer, the applicant assumes the implementation of an integrated IT system supporting the office’s work and combining it with the planned e-government system, together with the payment portal and the public consultation portal. All items planned for purchase are essential for the provision of e-services with a high degree of maturity. The system will be designed according to user-oriented rules. The project will also make iAPI available to public data sets. All elements of the project implement the assumptions specified in the SZOOP and fit into the type of e-administration projects: simplify and informatise user-oriented procedures. Projekt udostępni też iAPI do zbiorów danych publicznych.
