Project: A breakthrough in activation – is addressed to 50 inhabitants of Wielkopolskie voivodship, i.e.: 41 unemployed – jobseekers and 9 economically inactive people who are disadvantaged in the labour market over the age of 29 from one of the following groups: long-term unemployed (18 people/10K), women (30K), people with disabilities (3os/2K), low-skilled (22 people/14K), people aged 50 years and older (9os/5K). Its main objective is to increase (from 01.08.2018 to 31.07.2019) the professional activity of the group.As part of the project, each participant will receive comprehensive support, taking into account the full offer of support covering all forms of assistance that will be identified with a given participant as necessary to improve the situation on the labour market. The project provides for the organisation of 5 tasks, i.e. Zad. 1 Determination of the Individual Action Plan 2 High-quality training enabling obtaining the skills and qualifications desired on the labour market in Wielkopolska (confirmed by certificates), identified as deficit professions (based on data resulting from the survey Barometer of the professions most current on the day of the training organisation. 3 Internships foreseen for 30 UP – support will have a positive impact on gaining and/or complementing work experience and practical skills that offer real chances of finding employment. Zad 4 Work mediation that will positively affect the socio-occupational position of the UP. Projekt: PrzeŁOM w aktywizacji - skierowany jest do 50 mieszkańców woj. wielkopolskiego tj: 41 osób bezrobotnych -poszukujących pracy i 9 biernych zawodowo, defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy powyżej 29 roku życia z jednej z poniższych grup: osoby długotrwale bezrobotne (18os./10K), kobiet (30K), osób z niepełnosprawnościami (3os/2K), osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (22os./14K), osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej (9os/5K). Jego głównym celem jest wzrost (w terminie od 01.08.2018 do 31.07.2019) aktywności zawodowej ww.grupy.W ramach projektu każdy z uczestników objęty zostanie kompleksowym wsparciem, uwzględniającym pełną ofertę wsparcia obejmującą wszystkie formy pomocy, które zostaną zidentyfikowane u danego uczestnika, jako niezbędne w celu poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy.
