Dodatk,os te muszą kwalifikować się co najmniej do j1 z poniż kategorii: -os.długotrwale bezrobotne(min.50%UP), -os.z niepełnosprawnościami(min.5%UP), -os.powyżej 50 roku życia(min.35%UP), -kobiety(min.60%UP), -os.niskowykwalifikowane(min.75%UP). Projekt przewiduje ind dopasowane,kompleksowe wsparcie ukierunkowane na podjęcie zatrudnienia w postaci: 1.Identyfikacji potrzeb oraz diagnozowania możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zaw. 2.Kompleksowego i indyw pośrednictwa pr,poradnictwa psychologicznego. 3.Szkoleń komputerowych. 4.Wysokiej jakości szkoleń zawodowych. 5.Staży zawodowych. Dzięki udziałowi w proj UP nabędą kompetencje i kwalifikacje zawodowe(min.60%) oraz podejmą zatrudnienie(min.30%). (Polish)
