The main objective of the project is to activate the professional until the end of IX.2018r. 52 wasps. (37 K and 15 M) aged over 29 years, residing in the districts of Elt, unemployed or inactive/passive, in particular belonging to groups with the following characteristics: women and/or low-skilled persons, including: 12 inactive persons, 11 unemployed persons not registered in employment offices, 29 unemployed persons registered. The project will be implemented by: 1. Individual Action Plan (identification of needs, diagnosis of opportunities for professional improvement and identification of the degree of distance from the labour market) 2. Professional Advice 3. Training/Professional Courses 4. 6 – Monthly internships 5. Individual job intermediation During the implementation of the project, 21 people will be covered by trainings, and 31 will take an internship. The main results achieved through the implementation of the project: — 10 unemployed, 5 inactive persons will find a job and will work in the period up to 4 weeks after leaving the programme (including self-employed work); — 8 unemployed., 3 inactive persons will be qualified after leaving the programme; — 8 low-skilled people, 14 women, will take up work in accordance with the requirements of the employment efficiency index within a period of up to 3 months after the end of the programme. Celem głównym projektu jest zaktywizowanie zawodowe do końca IX.2018r. 52 os. (37 K i 15 M) w wieku powyżej 29 r.ż., zamieszkujących pow. ełcki, bezrobotnych lub nieaktywnych/biernych zawodowo, w szczególności należących do grup o następujących cechach: kobiety lub/i osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, w tym: 12 os. biernych zawodowo, 11 osób bezrobotnych nie zarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy, 29 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych. W projekcie będą realizowane: 1. Indywidualny Plan Działania (identyfikacja potrzeb, diagnoza możliwości doskonalenia zawodowego i identyfikacji stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy) 2. Poradnictwo Zawodowe 3. Szkolenia/Kursy zawodowe 4. 6 - miesięczne staże zawodowe 5. Indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy W czasie realizacji projektu 21 osoby zostaną objęte szkoleniami, a 31 odbędzie staż. Główne rezultaty osiągnięte, dzięki realizacji projektu: - 10 bezrobotnych, 5 os. bierne zawodowo znajdzie pracę i będzie pracowało w okresie do 4 tyg. po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracą na własny rachunek); - 8 bezrobotnych., 3 os. bierne zawodowo. uzyskają kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu; - 8 os. o niskich kwalifikacjach., 14 kobiet, podejmie pracę zgodne z wymogami wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej w okresie do 3 miesięcy po zakończeniu programu.
