Cel projektu: 1. Zwiększenie zatrudnialności uczniów Zespołu Szkół Rolniczych w Smolajnach poprzez realizację staży zawodowych i powiązanych z nimi kursami dla łącznie 60uczniów (28K/32M) 2. zwiększenie zatrudnialności/lepsze przygotowanie uczniów do podjęcia zatrudnienia poprzez modyfikacja kierunków kształcenia w zawodzie: technik rolnik Działania: 1. Realizacja kursów zawodowych w zakresie: Technik Weterynarii – kurs inseminacji bydła i trzody chlewnej oraz kurs groomingu Technik rolnik - kurs obsługi komajnów zbożowych 2. Realizacja staży w wysoko wyspecjalizowanych przedsiębiorstwach / gospodarstwach rolnych 3. Modyfikacja kierunków kształcenia/dostosowanie treści nauczania do oczekiwań przedsiębiorców w szczególności poprzez nabycie i użytkowanie przez uczniów w ramach programu nauczania nowoczesnych urządzeń/środków dydaktycznych - maszyn rolniczych 4. Studia podyplomowe dla nauczyciela przedmiotów zawodowych z zakresu agrotroniki GRUPA DOCELOWA Uczniowie i nauczyciel ZSR w Smolajnach KWALIFIKACJE Uczestnicy szkoleń po pozytywnym zdaniu egzaminu końcowego nabędą kwalifikacje (kurs inseminacji bydła i trzody chlewnej) KOMPETENCJE Uczestnicy zajęć nabędą kompetencje (kurs groomingu, kurs operatora kombajnów zbozowych) Projekt nie jest realizowany w partnerstwie. Objective of the project: 1. Increase the employability of pupils of the Agricultural School Complex in Smolyny through vocational internships and related courses for a total of 60 students (28K/32M) 2. increase the employability/better preparation of pupils for employment by modifying the courses of education in the profession: farmer Techniques Action: 1. Implementation of professional courses in the field of: Veterinary Technique – course of insemination of cattle and swine and grooming course Technik Farmer – course of operation of cereal mosquitoes 2. Implementation of traineeships in highly specialised enterprises/farms 3. Modification of education courses/adjustment of teaching content to the expectations of entrepreneurs, in particular through the acquisition and use by pupils as part of the curriculum of modern equipment/educational means – agricultural machinery 4. Postgraduate studies for teacher of professional subjects in the field of agrotronics GRUPA target pupils and teacher of the ZSR in Smolyny KWALIFICATIONS Participants of the training after a positive final exam will be qualified (course for insemination of cattle and pigs) COMMETENCE Participants will acquire competences (grooming course, training course is carried out from the operator of combines.
