The development of practical skills and competences/professional qualifications needed to enter the labour market in 28 urine (20k, 8M) with the Śniadecki School Complex, through the implementation of a workshop on soft labour competences, vocational training courses/vocational training and traineeships from 01.08.2018 to 30.09.2019. The project will be addressed to 28 U of the current glue. Three courses of education: Catering and catering techniques (14), tourist accommodation technician (9) and hotel technician (5 persons). The selection of the target group is due to the needs described in the diagnosis carried out by the school, including an analysis of the needs of the catering and hotel industry, and on the basis of pre-interviews with the students who indicated their willingness to participate in the project. The following activities are planned in the framework of the project: 1. Diagnosis of the 28 students of ZS No 2 in Szczytno. 2. Soft competence workshops. 3. Specific courses/training leading to the acquisition of professional skills and competences. 4. Specialised courses/training leading to the acquisition of professional qualifications. 5.     Rozwój umiejętności praktycznych i kompetencji/kwalifikacji zawodowych niezbędnych do wejścia na rynek pracy u 28 ucz.( 20K, 8M) z Zespołu Szkół nr 2 im. Jędrzeja Śniadeckiego poprzez realizację warsztatów z miękkich kompetencji pracowniczych, specjalistycznych kursów/szkoleń zawodowych oraz staży zawodowych od 01.08.2018 do 30.09.2019. Projekt zostanie skierowany do 28 U obecnych kl. II z trzech kierunków kształcenia: Technik żywienia i usług gastronomicznych (14 os.), Technik obsługi turystycznej (9 os.) i Technik hotelarstwa (5 os.). Wybór grupy docelowej wynika z potrzeb opisanych w diagnozie przeprowadzonej przez szkołę, w tym z analizy potrzeb pracodawców branży gastronomicznej i hotelarskiej oraz na podstawie wstępnie przeprowadzonych rozmów z uczniami, którzy w takiej liczbie zadeklarowali chęć udziału w projekcie. W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące działania: 1. Diagnoza 28 uczniów ZS nr 2 w Szczytnie. 2. Warsztaty kompetencji miękkich. 3. Specjalistyczne kursy/szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych. 4. Specjalistyczne kursy/szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia kwalifikacji zawodowych. 5.
