Projekt obejmuje progr.współpracy T4 (technikum nr 4)z otoczeniem społ.-gosp.jak również kształt.u ucz.komp.klucz. i umiej.uniwers.niezbędnych na rynku pracy.W odp.na wskaz.probl. i potrzeby w diagn.,pr.polegać będzie na zmoderniz.metod i treści kształc.i szkol.do zapotrz.rynku pracy(model III)oraz podniesieniu umiej.,kompet.oraz uzysk.kwalif.zaw.przez ucz.i nauczycieli/lki(Model I i II),kompetencji klucz.i umiejęt.przez ucz.i nauczycieli/lki(typ IV) oraz komp.mięk.ułatwiających wejście na rynek pracy/konty.nauki w celu skier.go na staż zaw.oraz kursy i szkol.
