The project consists of a deep thermal modernisation of the Ostródzko-Elbląska shipping facility, which is a public utility building consisting of a workshop and administrative and office segment, located in Ostróda, ul. Grunwaldzka 49. The implementation of the investment consisting of the thermal modernisation of the Ostródzko-Elbląska Shipping building will contribute to improving energy efficiency in Ostróda Municipality and is extremely important in terms of achieving the socio-economic benefits associated primarily with the transition to a low-carbon economy. In the area where the building is located, there is no possibility of connection to the heating network. The project envisaged works aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the building: Task 1. Preparation of the project (development of a feasibility study, energy audits, technical project documentation and expert opinions). Task 2. Thermal modernisation of construction and installation: — warming of partitions (external walls, roofs), replacement of windows and doors, – modernisation of the C.O. system, installation of a new heat source: ground absorption gas heat pump with gas condensation boiler, replacement of C.W.U. system, – replacement of lighting for energy-efficient LEDs and construction of photovoltaic installation (up to 40 kW). Task 3. Project management, investor supervision and project information and promotion. The project fits into the assumptions set out for axis IV SZOOP and falls within the catalogue of possible types of projects in sub-measure 4.3.1 Energy efficiency in public buildings: — support will be directed towards a deep comprehensive modernisation of the building, – a heat source using RES will be used, – the project will aim to achieve more than 60 % of the energy savings ratio. As a result of the project, CO2 emissions will be reduced by 73.5 %. The saving of heat demand will be 74 %. (English)

W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi redukcja emisji CO2 o 73,5%. Oszczędność zapotrzebowania ciepła wyniesie 74%. (Polish)
