The poviat has analysed the needs of stakeholders, which results in a number of needs in the field of thermal modernisation of the facility, used annually by more than 170 thousand people, most of them. the group, apart from the Applicant, are the tenants to entrust the tenants and their employees, patients and individuals who use the building. Scope of work: the cellar(warm.wall on the ground and above the ground,Malow.tynk.) ground floor(additional.,asylum..wall,upplement.śc.styrop., habit. Thermal insulation of walls Dociepl.stropu over the cellar roof covering., thermal insulation, inst. Lightning. band around the building rob.dem.and repair.(dem.heat, cast iron., demonte.stalow.in building) rob.assembly.(assembly new.crzjen. plate, assembly new.ruroc.,assembly incl. and insulation) In the project, such as: project promotion, investor supervision and project cycle management. Przed.proj. to kompleks.termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej - w przew. zakresie wykorzystany na cele ochrony zdrowia.Właśc.budynku jest Wnioskodawcą i usytuowany jest przy ul.Kościuszki 2, na działce nr 146 /5 . Objęty proj. budynek o wysokim st.zapotrzebowania dla społ. lok.powiatu ostródzkiego ze względu na umiejscowienie w nim wielu instytucji, gł.z zakresu ochrony zdrowia.Gł.problemem stanowiącym przedmiot planowanego proj. jest brak wolnych środków finans.na termomodernizację budynku oraz jego niski standard energetyczny. Powiat, dokonał analizy potrzeb interesariuszy, z której wynika szereg potrzeb w zakresie termomodernizacji obiektu, użytkowany rocznie przez ponad 170 tys.osób,najbardziej zainter.grupą oprócz Wnioskodawcy,to najemcy powierz. i ich pracownicy, pacjenci i osoby im tow., którzy korzystają z budynku.
