CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU Zwiększenie atrakcyjności zawodowej min. 15 uczniów (1K/14M) Powiatowego Centrum Edukacyjnego w Kętrzynie poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji spawalniczych, a po ich zdobyciu wykorzystanie w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy poprzez realizację staży/praktyk u pracodawców oraz poprawa jakości kształcenia uczniów poprzez współpracę szkoły z pracodawcami w zakresie organizacji praktyk/staży w okresie IX.2020-VIII.2021 r. Cel proj. wynika ze zdiagnozowanych problemów w RPO WiM 2014-2020 oraz z przeprowadzonej przez szkołę diagnozy. Realizacja projektu i osiągnięcie celu przełoży się bezpośrednio na realizację wskazanego celu szczegółowego RPO WiM i osiągnięcie wskaźnika produktu dla Działania 2.4, Podziałania 2.4.1 Realizacja działań jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane potrzeby lokalnych przedsiębiorców którzy uczestniczyli w konstruowaniu założeń projektu (wnioski: brak odpowiednich kwalifikacji praktykantów) i zwiększy szanse uczestników projektu na zatrudnienie. ZADANIA 1 Diagnoza ucznia pod kątem uzupełnienia kwalifikacji 2. Realizacja szkoleń z zakresu autoprezentacji 3 Realizacja uzupełniających kursów zawodowych w metodzie TIG-141 FM5 oraz spawania orbitalnego TIG 4 Realizacja i organizacja staży GRUPA DOCELOWA Uczniowie PCE w Kętrzynie KWALIFIKACJE Uczestnicy szkoleń po pozytywnym zdaniu egzaminu końcowego nabędą kwalifikacje spawalnicze KOMPETENCJE Uczestnicy zajęć z zakresu autoprezentacji nabędą kompetencje EFEKTY PROJEKTU - Liczba osób uczestniczących w pozaszkolnych formach kształcenia w programie - Liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego uczestniczących w stażach i praktykach u pracodawców - Liczba uczniów uczestniczących w uzupełnieniu kwalifikacji poprzez udział w kursie spawania TIG-141 FM5 oraz spawania orbitalnego TIG Projekt nie jest realizowany w partnerstwie. Projekt zakłada przełamywanie stereotypowego podziału na zawody męskie i żeńskie (Polish)

Implementation of the project and achieving the goal will translate directly into achieving the specific objective of the WiM RPO and achieving the product index for Measure 2.4, division 2.4.1 The implementation of the actions is a response to the diagnosed needs of local entrepreneurs who participated in the construction of project assumptions (conclusions: lack of appropriate qualifications of apprentices) and increase the employability of project participants. Tasks 1 Student Diagnosis for Completion of Qualifications 2. Implementation of training courses in the field of self-presentation 3 Implementation of complementary vocational courses in the TIG-141 FM5 method and orbital welding TIG 4 The implementation and organisation of traineeships GRUPA target students in Kętrzyn KWALIFICATIONS Participants of training courses after positive passing of the final exams in the final exam will be completed by pupils’ training courses in welding courses KOMPETENCES Participants in the field of spa representation will receive the competences of the EFEKTY in the number of pupils participating in training and training in the number of pupils.
