The target will be achieved by 10.2017-12.2018r. The target group in the project consists of 60 people over the age of 29, residing within the meaning of the Civil Code in the Olsztyn subregion (i.e. powiats: Bartoszycki, Ketrzyn, Lidzbarski, Mrągowski, Nidzicki, Olsztyn, Olsztyn, including: •18 unemployed persons registered in the PUP/MUP (30 % of the target group) •18 unemployed persons not registered in the PUP/MUP (30 % of the target group) •24 inactive persons (40 % of the target group) In addition, the above-mentioned persons are eligible for at least one of the following categories: •12 long-term unemployed (20 % of the target group) •3 people with disabilities (5 % of the target group) •6 people over the age of 50 (10 % of the target group) •36 women (60 % of the target group) •18 low-skilled (i.e. low-skilled) (30 % of the target group) The project plans the following tasks: 1.Determining the path of professional development by identifying the needs of project participants and developing/updating the Individual Action Plan 2.Comprehensive individual and group professional guidance 3.Digital competence training-60 % 4.Training in the field of market/professional qualifications 5.Training 6.Comprehensive and individual job intermediation As a result of the project implementation, at least 37 people will acquire the necessary qualifications on the labour market and at least 19 people will gain employment. The project will contribute to achieving employment performance indicators for: •People aged 50 or over at least 33 %; A woman of at least 39 %; •people with disabilities of at least 33 %; Long-term unemployed of at least 30 %; •Low-skilled people at least 38 %.     SIĘGNIJ PO SUKCES Celem głównym projektu "Sięgnij po sukces" jest podniesiona aktywność zawodowa oraz zdolność do zatrudnienia u 60 osób z grupy docelowej. Cel zrealizowany zostanie w terminie 10.2017-12.2018r. Grupę docelową w projekcie stanowi 60 osób w wieku powyżej 29r.ż., zamieszkałych w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego na terenie subregionu olsztyńskiego (tj. powiaty: bartoszycki, kętrzyński, lidzbarski, mrągowski, nidzicki, olsztyński, szczycieński, miasto Olsztyn), w tym: •18 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP/MUP (30% grupy docelowej) •18 osób bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w PUP/MUP (30% grupy docelowej) •24 osoby bierne zawodowo (40% grupy docelowej) Ponadto, wyżej wymienione osoby kwalifikują się co najmniej do jednej z poniższych kategorii: •12 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych (20% grupy docelowej) •3 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami (5% grupy docelowej) •6 osób powyżej 50 roku życia (10% grupy docelowej) •36 kobiet (60% grupy docelowej) •18 osób niskowykwalifikowanych (tj. o niskich kwalifikacjach) (30% grupy docelowej) W projekcie zaplanowano poniższe zadania: 1.Określenie drogi rozwoju zawodowego poprzez identyfikację potrzeb uczestników projektu oraz opracowanie/aktualizacja Indywidualnego Planu Działania 2.Kompleksowe indywidualne i grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe 3.Szkolenia z zakresu kompetencji cyfrowych-60% osób 4.Szkolenia z zakresu kwalifikacji rynkowych/zawodowych 5.Staże zawodowe 6.Kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy W efekcie realizacji projektu, co najmniej 37 osób nabędzie kwalifikacje niezbędne na rynku pracy, a co najmniej 19 osób uzyska zatrudnienie. Projekt przyczyni się do osiągnięcie wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla: •osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej na poziomie co najmniej 33%; •kobiet na poziomie co najmniej 39%; •osób z niepełnosprawnościami na poziomie co najmniej 33%; •długotrwale bezrobotnych na poziomie co najmniej 30%; •osób o niskich kwalifikacjach na poziomie co najmniej 38%.
