| Property / summary: The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of the unemployed aged over 29 in the city of Elbląg and the district of Elbląg. Participants in the project will be unemployed persons aged over 29 (i.e. from day 30 of birth) and belong to one of the following groups: unemployed persons who, according to the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, are in the first group (so called unemployed active — I profiles) and/or the other (so-called “supportive second profile”) away from the labour market. In addition, they shall be eligible for at least one of the following categories: • long-term unemployed• people with disabilities• people over 50,• women,• low-skilled people, i.e. the low-skilled. In 2017, the following forms of support are planned: • traineeships — 415 people,• training — 90 people,• one-off economic activity (subsidies) — 41 people,• refunds of equipment costs or retrofitting of jobs — 145 people,• intervention works — 31 people. In total, a total of 722 persons will be supported as part of the project. The project involves achieving the following employment performance indicators: • level of employment performance criterion for people aged 50 years and over to at least 28 %• level of employment performance criterion for women at least 34 %• level of employment performance criterion for people with disabilities of at least 28 %• level of employment performance criterion for long-term unemployed 25 %;• employment efficiency benchmark for the low-skilled (up to and including ISCED 3) of at least 33 %. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia w mieście Elblągu i powiecie elbląskim. Uczestnikami projektu będą osoby bezrobotne w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia (tj. od dnia 30 urodzin), należące do jednej z następujących grup: osoby bezrobotne, które zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy znajdują się w grupie pierwszej (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni – I profil pomocy) lub drugiej (tzw. wymagający wsparcia – II profil pomocy) oddalenia od rynku pracy. Dodatkowo osoby te muszą kwalifikować się co najmniej do jednej z poniższych kategorii: • osoby długotrwale bezrobotne • osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, • osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, • kobiety, • osoby niskowykwalifikowane, tj. osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. W 2017 r. zaplanowano następujące formy wsparcia: • staże – 415 osób, • szkolenia – 90 osób, • jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej (dotacje) – 41 osób, • refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowisk pracy – 145 osób, • prace interwencyjne – 31 osób. Ogółem w ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych ogółem 722 osoby. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie następujących wskaźników efektywności zatrudnieniowej: • poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej co najmniej 28%, • poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla kobiet co najmniej 34%, • poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami co najmniej 28 %, • poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób długotrwale bezrobotnych 25%, • poziom kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED 3 włącznie) co najmniej 33%.
