POWIAT WĄGROWIECKI/ POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W WĄGROWCU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 260 osób (171K/89M) powyżej 29 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy,zarejestrowanych w PUP, zakwalifikowanych do I lub II profilu pomocy, z powiatu wągrowieckiego, należących co najmniej do jednej z kategorii osób: kobiety, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby niepełnosprawne, o niskich kwalifikacjach zaw., powyżej 50 roku życia, imigranci i reemigranci, osoby odchodzące z rolnictwa i ich rodziny, mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat wymagający wsparcia. W ramach projektu będą realizowane instrumenty i usługi rynku pracy, takie jak: staże, szkolenia, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, poradnictwo zawodowe oraz pośrednictwo pracy. Udzielanie wsparcia w postaci usług i instrumentów wskazanych w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 roku będzie poprzedzone pogłębioną analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji, problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika/ uczestniczki projektu (m.in.poprzez ustalenie profilu pomocy i opracowanie/ aktualizację IPD). Analiza ta pozwoli na dopasowanie oferty pomocy w taki sposób, aby odpowiadała na rzeczywiste potrzeby danego uczestnika/uczestniczki projektu. Projekt jest formą wsparcia dla bezrobotnych kobiet i mężczyzn, którzy mają trudności z samodzielnym wejściem lub powrotem na rynek pracy, tj. takich, którzy posiadają niewielkie umiejętności i kwalifikacje do wykonywania zawodu, nie posiadają lub posiadają niewielkie doświadczenie zawodowe, nie mają wystarczających środków na założenie własnej działalności gospodarczej. Przedsięwzięcie będzie realizowane w okresie 01.01.2019r. do 31.12.2020r. Rekrutacja uczestników będzie trwała do 31.12.2020r. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie nabycie przez osoby bezrobotne kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zaw., a w rezultacie podjęcia pracy bądź działalności gosp. Realizacja projektu będzie zgodna z politykami horyzontalnymi w odniesieniu do zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz równości szans. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 260 people (171K/89M) over the age of 29, who are unemployed, registered in the PUP, qualified for the I or II aid profile, from the district of Wągrowiecki, belonging to at least one of the categories of persons: women, long-term unemployed, disabled, low-skilled, over 50 years of age, immigrants and immigrants, people leaving agriculture and their families, men aged 30-49 who need support. The project will implement labour market instruments and services such as: internships, training, one-off measures for starting a business, career guidance and job intermediation. The provision of support in the form of services and instruments specified in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions of 20 April 2004 will be preceded by an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions, professional problems of a given participant/participant of the project (including by establishing the aid profile and developing/update IPD). This analysis will make it possible to match the aid offer in such a way that it meets the actual needs of the participant/participant concerned. The project is a form of support for unemployed men and women who find it difficult to enter or return to the labour market independently, i.e. those who lack the skills and qualifications to pursue the profession, do not have or have little professional experience, do not have sufficient resources to start their own business. The project will be implemented in the period 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2020. Recruitment of participants will last until 31.12.2020. The main result of the project will be the acquisition by unemployed persons of qualifications and experience, and as a result of taking up a job or activities of gosp. The implementation of the project will be in line with horizontal policies for sustainable development and equal opportunities. (English)
