The law firm “Consultor” Daniel Gramatowski plans to build a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 600 kW, together with the necessary technical infrastructure, in the area of plot no. 50/3, located within the geodesy area of Grodzisko, the municipality of Banie Mazurskie, Gołdapski county, Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. The plot is located outside the concentrated buildings of the village Grodzisko, it is not built up. The area of plot No 50/3 is 2.7815 ha and the area of the planned investment is less than 1 ha. The electricity produced by the power plant will be supplied to the power grid, in accordance with the terms of connection issued by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Branch of Białystok through the power connection to the 15 kV Dąbrówka line. Characteristic parameters of the photovoltaic power plant: • photovoltaic modules with a power of 310 W, • number of modules – 1,936 pcs. • number of inverters 10 pcs. • transformer station – 1 pcs. Individual rows of panels will be located on the area of the plot on the typical support structure set there. The installation of the structure will be done by inserting vertical support elements into the ground with a cafare, followed by twisted connections with the other elements of the structure. The support structure has been designed in accordance with the conditions set out in the decision on the building conditions. The planned photovoltaic farm is to be a maintenance-free construction facility. Ww. działka położona jest ona poza skupioną zabudową wsi Grodzisko, nie jest zabudowana. Powierzchnia działki nr 50/3 wynosi 2,7815 ha, a powierzchnia zabudowy planowanej inwestycji wynosi poniżej 1 ha. Produkowana przez elektrownię energia elektryczna, będzie dostarczana do sieci elektroenergetycznej, zgodnie z wydanymi warunkami przyłączenia przez PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Oddział Białystok poprzez przyłącze energetyczne do linii 15 kV Dąbrówka. Charakterystyczne parametry elektrowni fotowoltaicznej: • moduły fotowoltaiczne o mocy 310 W, • liczba modułów – 1 936 szt. • liczba inwerterów 10 szt. • stacja transformatorowa – 1 szt. Poszczególne rzędy paneli będą usytuowane na terenie działki na ustawionej tam typowej konstrukcji wsporczej. Posadowienie konstrukcji będzie następowało poprzez wbicie kafarem w grunt pionowych elementów podpór, a następnie wykonanie połączeń skręcanych z pozostałymi elementami konstrukcji. Konstrukcja wsporcza została zaprojektowana zgodnie z warunkami określonymi w decyzji o warunkach zabudowy. Projektowana farma fotowoltaiczna ma być obiektem budowlanym bezobsługowym. Projekt poprzez produkcję energii odnawialnej ze słońca i ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza, wpisuje się w Cel tematyczny 4 – Wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich sektorach, Priorytet inwestycyjny 4a – Wspieranie wytwarzania i dystrybucji energii pochodzącej ze źródeł odnawialnych SzOOP RPO WiM Dz.4.1 Wspieranie wytwarzania i dystrybucji energii pochodzącej ze źródeł odnawialnych.
