The investment consists of the purchase and installation of 2 photovoltaic plants with a total power output of 79.51 kW. It will be carried out in a single location in Godkowo 43 on plot 88/3, with a power of 39.75 kW and a plot of 88/15 by 39.76 kW. Installations will be taken up to 250 m² of roof. The project is part of the project type referred to in SzOOP for Measure 4.1 — Sun-power plants — up to 2 MWe/MWth. The installation as described in the SzooP will serve the needs of its own business and be connected to the network, but due to the power of the installation (up to 40 kW) in accordance with Article 5 of the Renewable Energy Act (OJ 2015) and Article 7 para. 8d with 4-9 of the Act — Energy Law (Journal of Laws 1997), will be made on the basis of a notification without the beneficiary having to have a valid technical connection for all the energy sources included in the project. The applicant currently has a connection in which the contractual power is 250 kW — parcel 88/3 and 40 kW-parcel 88/15. The project meets all boundary conditions laid down in the SzOOP. The investment consists of the installation of: parcel 88/3-150 of the polycrystalline panels, parcel 88/15-150, polycrystalline panels combined into separate circuits with inverters and the necessary cabling and fittings. Power plants will be connected to the grid and there will be no need to install batteries and recharging regulators as the network is able to absorb all the energy produced by solar photovoltaic systems. The electricity produced will be used directly for own account and any surplus would be fed into the grid. (English)

Inwestycja polega na zakupie i montażu 2 elektrowni fotowoltaicznych o łącznej mocy 79,51kW. Będzie ona realizowana w jednej lokalizacji w Godkowie 43 na działce 88/3 o mocy 39,75 kW i działce 88/15 o 39,76 kW. Instalacje zajmą do 250 m2 powierzchni dachu każda. Inwestycja polega na montażu: działka 88/3-150 szt paneli polikrystalicznych, działka 88/15-150 szt paneli polikrystalicznych połączonych w samodzielne układy wraz z falownikami i z niezbędnym okablowaniem i osprzętem. (Polish)
