The MAIN PROJECT is the acquisition by 198 UP (36K/162M) of out of 216 adults (40K/176M) of the w.W-M competition with the WMPUTERN KOMPUTERN KOMPUTERN Authentication, AutoCAD Mechanics or Autoder 3ds Max, as confirmed by the 01-04-2018-31-05-2019--------mutually confirmed INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION programmes. The applicant shall ensure that the proposed support is consistent with the diagnosis of the employers’ needs for deficit occupations: Project manager I ADMINISTRATOR with data from WWM, referred to above, which refers to the objectives of the research and development of a profession in close cooperation with employers and for promoting the need for lifelong vocational training in relation to persons with WWM. Participation in the training courses will ensure that the main demand of WWM is opened up by the ICT industry. The ‘2017 barometer’ confirms the demand for the designer and the database manager, the programmers in the districts of Braille, Piaski, Działów, the claws, the giżycki and the city of Olsztyn, who, at the same time, uses project programmes based on the Autoder system. The training will be preceded by an analysis, taking into account the potential and the predisposition of each OP, to assess the level of motivation to undertake the training and to verify the level of skills of computer-aided design. The training courses will be carried out at the level of basic and professional difficulties (according to the employers’ needs) in the following areas: • A Auder Informator,• Training B AutoCAD Mechanical,• Training C Autoder 3ds Max. in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility to the ON, the project will enable the participation in the training of the ON (technically adapted training, architectural building to the one). Training adapted to the ability of women to participate in access to access barriers. (English)

    CELEM GŁÓWNYM PROJEKTU jest nabycie przez 198 UP (36K/162M) spośród 216 osób dorosłych (40K/176M) z woj.W-M kwalifikacji W ZAKRESIE KOMPUTEROWEGO WSPOMAGANIA PROJEKTOWANIA w programach Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical lub Autodesk 3ds Max, potwierdzonych MIĘDZYNARODOWYMI CERTYFIKATAMI AUTODESK od 01-04-2018 do 31-05-2019. Wnioskodawca zapewnia zgodność proponowanego wsparcia z przeprowadzoną diagnozą zapotrzebowania pracodawców na zawody deficytowe: PROJEKTANTA I ADMINISTRATORA BAZ DANYCH, PROGRAMISTY z ww. powiatów WWM, która odnosi się do założeń RPO WiS w zakresie praktycznej nauki zawodu realizowanej w ścisłej współpracy z pracodawcami oraz w zakresie upowszechnienia konieczności kształcenia zawodowego przez całe życie, w stosunku do osób z WWM. Udział w szkoleniach pozwoli na ZDOBYCIE KWALIFIKACJI Z ZAKRESU ICT, na które jest największy popyt w WWM. "BAROMETR ZAWODÓW 2017" potwierdza występowanie popytu na projektanta i administratora baz danych, programisty na terenie powiatów braniewskim, piskim, działdowskim, szczycieńskim, giżyckim oraz mieście Olsztyn, który na swoim stanowisku pracy wykorzystuje programy projektowe oparte na systemie Autodesk. Szkolenia poprzedzone zostaną analizą, uwzględniającą potencjał oraz predyspozycje każdego UP, pozwalające ocenić poziom motywacji do podjęcia szkolenia oraz sprawdzić poziom umiejętności z zakresu komputerowego wspomagania projektowania. Szkolenia prowadzone będą na poziomie trudności podstawowym i profesjonalnym (zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem pracodawców) z zakresu: • Szkolenia A Autodesk Inventor, • Szkolenia B AutoCAD Mechanical, • Szkolenia C Autodesk 3ds Max. Zgodnie z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla ON projekt umożliwi udział w szkoleniach ON (szkolenia dostosowane technicznie, budynki architektonicznie do ON).
