Property / summary
The purpose of the project will be to organise the next 11th edition of the Festival of the Order of the Orchestra in Września. In view of the high cost of the project, it is carried out in a relatively cut range every year. There is a lack of good visibility system that will enable the proper collection of music (acoustical effects). In the context of the implementation of this project, inter alia, the purchase of sound and instruments — the acquisition of media and instruments — are planned. Also included are the costs of arrivals, 6 orchestras, food and accommodation for their members (nearly 400 people). It is anticipated that the purchase of equipment will not only allow for the better organisation of this specific event, i.e. the Festival of Dęte Orchestra, but it will undoubtedly affect the quality of the next events organised in the municipality, which will translate into more audiences, including tourists. The programme will include: GT; Saturday: a workshop for orchestras and magpie teams, — marching of the hub-and-spoke band of the city, — shows the blast drill in the spindle market, — a concert of the star festival in amphitheatre; Sunday: — concert of the orchestra on the amphitheatre stage — concert of the Września Orchestra, with a festival of festivals with a star of festivals — 1 cultural events within the project — (English)

    summary
    Przedmiotem projektu będzie zorganizowanie kolejnej, jedenastej już edycji Festiwalu Orkiestr Dętych we Wrześni. Z uwagi na wysokie koszty realizacji przedsięwzięcia, jest ono każdego roku realizowane w dość okrojonym zakresie. Brakuje dobrego systemu nagłośnienia, który umożliwi właściwy odbiór muzyki (efekty akustyczne). W ramach realizacji niniejszego projektu zaplanowano m.in. zakup nagłośnienia i instrumentów – saksofonu altowego oraz sopranowego. Uwzględniono również koszty przyjazdu zaproszonych, 6 orkiestr dętych, wyżywienie i nocleg dla ich członków (blisko 400 osób). Przewiduje się, iż zakup sprzętu umożliwi nie tylko lepszą organizację tej konkretnej imprezy czyli Festiwalu Orkiestr Dętych, ale bez wątpienia wpłynie na wysoką jakość kolejnych imprez organizowanych na terenie Gminy, co przełoży się na większą liczbę odbiorców – m.in. turystów. Program Festiwalu obejmie: gt; sobota:- warsztaty dla orkiestr i zespołów mażoretek, - przemarsz gwiaździsty orkiestr ulicami miasta, - pokazy musztr paradnych na wrzesińskim rynku, - koncert gwiazdy festiwalu w amfiteatrzegt; niedziela:- koncerty konkursowe orkiestr na scenie amfiteatru - koncert Wrzesińskiej Orkiestry Dętej z gwiazdą festiwaluLiczba zrealizowanych wydarzeń kulturalnych w ramach projektu – 1 szt.
