The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 203 unemployed people from the age of 30 in the Piskie County. In the project, we plan participants with support within: placement and/or career guidance, traineeship, intervention work, individual training, one-off measures for starting a business, equipping or retrofitting a job. The support will be tailored to the individual needs of project participants resulting from their current knowledge, experience, capacity and contraindications to the profession concerned and will be preceded by identification of the needs of the participant. The Participant will receive a support offer including forms of assistance that will be identified (e.g. by means of an IPD or by establishing an aid profile) as necessary to improve the labour market situation or to obtain employment and comply with the Employment Promotion Act and Labour Market Institutions. The project is addressed to unemployed persons from the Piski county from the age of 30, who are in group one (I) or second (II) of the distance from the labour market, and fulfil at least one of the following criteria: —long-term unemployed persons, – persons with disabilities, – persons over 50 years of age, -women, – low-skilled people. The main result of the project will be employment by 12 % of people with disabilities, 30 % of the long-term unemployed, 31 % of the low-skilled and 38 % of those who are not eligible for any of the above mentioned target groups.     Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 203 osób bezrobotnych w wieku od 30 roku życia w powiecie piskim. W projekcie planujemy uczestników objęć wsparciem w ramach: pośrednictwa pracy lub/i poradnictwa zawodowego, stażu, prac interwencyjnych, indywidualnych szkoleń, jednorazowych środków na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej, wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy. Wsparcie będzie dostosowane do indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników projektu, wynikających z ich aktualnego stanu wiedzy, doświadczenia, zdolności i przeciwwskazań do wykonywania danego zawodu i zostanie poprzedzone identyfikacją potrzeb uczestnika. Uczestnik otrzyma ofertę wsparcia obejmującą takie formy pomocy, które zostaną zidentyfikowane (m.in. za pomocą IPD czy ustalenia profilu pomocy) u niego jako niezbędne w celu poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy lub uzyskania zatrudnienia i będą zgodne z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt skierowany jest do osób bezrobotnych z powiatu piskiego w wieku od 30 roku życia, znajdujące się w grupie pierwszej (I profil pomocy) lub drugiej (II profil pomocy) oddalenia od rynku pracy, a dodatkowo spełniający co najmniej jedno z poniższych kryteriów: -osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, -osoby niepełnosprawne, -osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, -kobiety, -osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie przez 12% osób niepełnosprawnych, 30% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 31% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach i 38% osób niekwalifikujących się do żadnej powyżej wymienionych grup docelowych.
