Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie kętrzyńskim. Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem 200 osób w wieku powyżej 29 roku życia (tj. od dnia 30 urodzin), zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Kętrzynie jako osoby bezrobotne (należące do I lub II profilu pomocy) i spełniające co najmniej jedno z następujących kryteriów: osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Projekt przewiduje realizację następujących form wsparcia: szkolenia dla 74 uczestników w tym 10 długotrwale, 1 niepełnosprawna, staże dla 33 uczestników, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 48 uczestników, prace interwencyjne dla 30 uczestników. Projekt zakłada ogólny wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej na poziomie co najmniej 28%, dla kobiet 34%, dla uczestników niepełnosprawnych 28%, dla długotrwale bezrobotnych 25%, dla uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach 33%. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the district of Ketrzyn. The project aims to support 200 persons over 29 years of age (i.e. from the 30th birthday) registered at the District Labour Office in Ketrzyn as unemployed persons (members of the I or II aid profile) and having at least one of the following criteria: long-term unemployed, disabled people, people over 50 years of age, women, low-skilled people. The project envisages the implementation of the following forms of support: training for 74 participants of which 10 long-term, 1 disabled, traineeships for 33 participants, one-off measures for starting a business for 48 participants, intervention work for 30 participants. The project provides for a general employment efficiency ratio for people aged 50 years and above at least 28 %, for women 34 %, for disabled participants 28 %, for long-term unemployed 25 %, for low-skilled participants 33 %. The project will be implemented from 01.01.2016 to 31.12.2016. (English)
