The object of the project is the renovation and adaptation of parts of the building of the school group in the Gronów Elbląg to take place in order to increase the level of pre-school education in the municipality and to give up new pre-school facilities. The investment will be located in Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province, in the district of Elbląg in the municipality of Gronowo Elblaskie, in the village of Gronowo Elblaskie at ul. Elblaska 4, dz. No 11/4,6/5 and 6/7 the cadastral unit 280403_2, which has to be 0004 with the usable floor area of 494.68 m² in which the applicant is active for the purposes of this project. The objective stages of the project shall consist of the following tasks: Task 1: Construction work related to the adaptation of the site to the pre-school. As part of this task, the applicant will adapt the part of the school group building in the Gronów Elbląg to pre-school. Useful surface of the pre-school facility will be 494.68 m² The building works will be as follows: 1.Construction joinery 2.Installation of doors, windows and similar elements of 3.Robots; 4.Performance for carpet liners 5.carpet coverings for flexible 6.Performance of roof coverings. Roofing 7.paintings 8.Robot works 9.Electrical installations 10.Electrical installation.sanitary and ventilation installation 11.These tasks will be implemented by: The launch of the tender procedure — Award of the grant agreement — Project implementation — Project clearance is consistent with the objectives of the horizons for projects of this type in the 2014-2020 ROP MP. The specific investment priority 10a is “Investing in education, skills and lifelong learning through the development of education and training infrastructure”. The project therefore responds to the primary and specific objectives of increasing the level of pre-school education in Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province.     Przedmiotem projektu jest remont i adaptacja części budynku Zespołu Szkół w Gronowie Elbląskim na przedszkole w celu zwiększenia poziomu edukacji przedszkolnej w gminie i swtorzenie nowych miejsc przedszkolnych. Inwestycja będzie zlokalizowana w województwie warmiń-mazurskim, w powiecie elbląskim w gminie Gronowo Elbląskie, we wsi Gronowo Elbląskie przy ul. Elbląskiej 4, dz. Nr 11/4,6/5 i 6/7 jednostka ewidencyjna 280403_2, obręb 0004 o powierzchni użytkowej 494,68 m kw., na którym działa wnioskodawca na potrzeby realizacji niniejszego projektu. Na etapy rzeczowej realizacji projektu składają się następujące zadania: Zadanie 1: Roboty budowlane związane z adaptacją obiektu na przedszkole. W ramach tego zadania wnioskodawca dostosuje część budynku Zespołu Szkół w Gronowie Elbląskim na przedszkole. Powierzchnia użytkowa obiektu przedszkolnego wyniesie 494,68 m kw. W skład robót budowlanych wejdą: 1.Roboty w zakresie stolarki budowlanej 2.Instalowanie drzwi, okien i podobnych elementów 3.Roboty murowe 4.Podłogi z wykładzin dywanowych 5.Kładzenie wykładzin elastycznych 6.Wykonanie pokryć dachowych. Krycie dachu papą 7.Roboty wykończeniowe 8.Roboty malarskie 9.Instalacje elektryczne 10.Instalacja sanitarna i wentylacyjna 11.Instalacje wod - kan Zadania te zostaną wdrożone dzięki: -Wszczęciu postępowania ofertowego -Podpisaniu umowy o dofinansowanie -Realizacja projektu -Rozliczenie projektu Cele projektu są spójne z celami horyzon. wytyczonymi dla projektów tego typu w RPO WiM na lata 2014-2020.
