Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje budowę dwóch zintegrowanych węzłów przesiadkowych (z.w.p.) przy stacji kolejowej w Stęszewie i przystanku kolejowym w Strykowie wraz z realizacją ścieżek rowerowych. Tereny z.w.p. będą przystosowane dla potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Budowa z.w.p w Stęszewie ma dotyczyć wykonania parkingu dla samoch. osobowych parkujących w systemie Pamp;R na 142 miejsca postojowe dla samoch. osobowych.Zaprojektowano również parking Kamp;R na 10 miejsc postojowych. Projektuje się parking „Bikeamp;Ride” wyposażony w wiatę rowerową modułową na 36 rowerów Projektowane są dwie toalety publiczne–automatyczne, elementy małej architektury, oświetlenie terenu parkingu i dojść lampami Led. Planuje się frezowanie nawierzchni jezdni ul.Składowe,j wykonanie nakładki asfaltowej. Zaplanowano remont chodnika i zatoki autobusowej.Ponadto wzdłuż parkingów planuje się zrealizować ciąg pieszo-rowerowy oraz łącznik do ul.PoznańśkiejRealizacja z.w.p. w Strykowie ma dotyczyć wykonania parkingu na 50 miejsc postojowych dla samoch. osobowych (parkujących w systemie Pamp;R) oraz 2 miejsca w systemie Kamp;R. Projektuje się parking dla rowerów wyposażony w wiatę rowerową przeznaczoną na 36 rowerów. Projektuje się toaletę publiczną–automatyczną, elementy małej architektury, oświetlenie terenu parkingu dojść lampami Led.Realizacja zadania obejmuje remont ul. Lipowej poprzez wykonanie nakładki asfaltowej na nawierzchni z bruku. Ponadto planowana jest wymiana nawierzchni chodnika ul.Lipowej na nowe płyty betonowe.
