    Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości kształcenia w zakresie kształtowania kompetencji kluczowych uczniów oraz poprawa warunków dydaktycznych w Szkole Podstawowej i Gimnazjum w Łankiejmach, Szkole Podstawowej i Gimnazjum w Garbnie, Szkole Podstawowej i Gimnazjum w Sątocznie, Szkole Podstawowej i Gimnazjum w Korszach w Gminie Korsze poprzez m.in. działania zmierzające do wykształcenia u 740 uczniów, w tym 374 uczennic kompetencji kluczowych, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 67 nauczycieli, w tym 52 nauczycielek, zwiększenie wiedzy 150 rodziców w zakresie wsparcia rozwoju kompetencji klucz. dzieci oraz doposażenie ww. szkół do 31.07.2018. W ramach proj. 740 UCZ weźmie udział w zajęciach dydaktyczno-wyrównawczych,zajęciach pozalekcyjnych rozwijających kompetencje kluczowe oraz skorzystają z doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego i specjalistycznej pomocy w ramach indywidualizacji procesu nauczania.Ponadto 67 nauczycieli weźmie udział w szkoleniach. oraz zakupione zostanie wyposażenie dla pracowni przyrodniczych i ICT, co umożliwi rozwijanie umiejętności przez eksperyment i doświadczenie,a 740 rodziców zwiększy wiedzę nt. wsparcia kompet. klucz. dzieci Główne wskaźniki osiągnięte w ramach proj to: • liczba uczniów,którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu - 666 • liczba szkół,w których pracownie przedmiotowe wykorzystują doposażenie do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych–8 • liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu –67 W ramach proj realizowane będą zadania: 1.
