Istotą projektu jest wdrożenie portalu e-pacjent, służącego wymianie infor. i danych między pacjentami a Bykowski UROCENTRUM SP J, personelem medycznym oraz cyfryzacja dokumentacji med. W ramach realizacji projektu udostępnionych zostanie on-line 5 usług z zakresu e-medycyny, w tym 4 o st. dojrzałości 5. Są to: 1. e-rejestracja-elektroniczna rejestracja wizyt wraz z funkcjonalnością e-kolejka dającą możliwość sprawdzenia czasu oczekiwania do specjalisty 2. e-badanie-przeglądanie aktualnych wyników badań 3. e-powiadomienia-przypomnienie o planowanej wizycie, zmianie terminu itp. 4. e-dokumentacja-dostęp do wewnętrznej dokumentacji medycznej 5. e-deklaracja -złożenie/korekta deklaracji Realizacja inwestycji składa się z następujących zadań: 1. Przygotowanie dokumentacji technicznej 2. Zakup oprogramowania do rejestrowania świadczeń zdrowotnych oraz obsługi tworzenia i archiwizacji elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej 3. Budowa portalu e-pacjent 4. Dostawa i konfiguracja sprzętu teleinformatycznego oraz oprogramowania 5. Prace instalacyjne i konfiguracyjne 6.Szkolenie personelu 7. Zarządzanie projektem 8. Promocja projektu Niniejszy Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane braki i potrzeby oraz uwarunkowania rynkowe i środowiskowe i obejmuje wprowadzenie e-usług. Tym samym Projekt projekt wpisuje się w założenia 3 Osi Priorytetowej w zakresie wzmocnienie zastosowania TIK w usługach publicznych, poprzez rozwój e-usług sektora publicznego, udostępnianie informacji sektora publicznego oraz digitalizowanie i ponowne wykorzystywanie zasobów publicznych. Głównymi odbiorcami rezultatów projektu będą mieszkańcy powiatu kętrzyńskiego oraz personel medyczny BYKOWSKI UROCENTRUM SPÓŁKA JAWNA. Rezultatem projektu będzie w szczególności: -zwiększenie dostępu do usług medycznych, -poprawa jakości i bezpieczeństwa świadczonych usług, -zwiększenie szans w dostępie do e-usług medycznych na obszarach wiejskich, -optymalizacja organizacji pracy jednostki. The core of the project is the implementation of the e-patient portal for the exchange of information and data between patients and Bykowski UROCENTRUM SP J, medical staff and digitisation of med documentation. As part of the project, 5 e-medicine services will be made available online, including 4 on maturity 5. These are: 1. e-registration-electronic registration of visits with the functionality of the e-rail which allows to check the waiting time for the specialist 2. e-study-view current results of the survey 3. e-notification-remind about the planned visit, change of deadline, etc. 4. e-documentation-access to internal medical documentation 5. e-Declaration – submission/correction of the declaration The implementation of the investment consists of the following tasks: 1. Preparation of technical documentation 2. Purchase of software to register health services and support the creation and archiving of electronic medical records 3. Construction of the e-patient portal 4. Delivery and configuration of ICT hardware and software 5. Installation and configuration works 6.Training of staff 7. Project management 8. Project promotion This Project responds to identified deficiencies and needs and market and environmental conditions and includes the introduction of e-services. Thus, the project is part of the Priority Axis 3 in terms of strengthening the use of ICT in public services, through the development of public sector e-services, the provision of public sector information and the digitisation and reuse of public resources. The main recipients of the project’s results will be residents of the district of Ketrzyn and medical staff Bykowski UROCENTRUM JAWN COMPANY. The project will in particular result in: —increasing access to medical services, -improving the quality and safety of services provided, -increasing opportunities in accessing medical e-services in rural areas, -optimising the organisation of work of the unit.
