The subject of the project is to conduct advanced R & D works in the field of mechanical, IT, analytical and agrotechnical technologies that can be used in agricultural machinery, including precision machines. Industrial research (17 msc) and development (7 msc) will be carried out by researchers from research units in the region with the participation of AGRIMET, which will focus on developing innovative solutions, i.e.: 1) Stone harvesting machine, together with a device for identifying the location of stones in the soil arable layer 2) hydraulic protection “non-stop” tooth, as a working element of the crop unit The products developed will have a groundbreaking character (Opinion on innovation).The aim of the project is to increase the level of innovation and R & D activity of the Company, including the transfer of technology from the science sector to the economy. This will be achieved by achieving the specific objective, which has been defined as carrying out R & D over the abovementioned solutions, and the results will respond to market trends towards the most modern solutions in the agricultural machinery market. The material scope will include: — salaries for research staff: involvement of 15 people – purchase of scientific equipment for the purposes of the work carried out – purchase of R & D services performed on the basis of a contract by one science – purchase of materials necessary for research – purchase of advisory services in order to protect property rights – information activities and ferry. It is also planned to purchase the fixed assets necessary to carry out the project up to and including the first production stage, which will mean the first industrial implementation consisting of the production of the first-of-a-kind equipment, covering the stages following the start of the pilot line, which will include a testing phase but not mass production or commercial activities. Przedmiot projektu jest prowadzenie zaawansowanych prac B+R w dziedzinie technologii mechanicznych, IT, analitycznych i agrotechnicznych mogących mieć zastosowanie w maszynach rolniczych, w tym maszynach precyzyjnych. Zostaną przeprowadzone badania przemysłowe (przez 17 msc) i prace rozwojowe (7 msc) przez pracowników naukowych jednostek badawczych z regionu przy współudziale AGRIMET, które będą ukierunkowane na opracowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań,tj.: 1) maszyna do zbioru kamieni wraz z urządzeniem do identyfikacji położenia kamieni zalegających w warstwie uprawnej gleby 2) zabezpieczenie hydrauliczne „non-stop” zęba, jako elementu roboczego agregatu uprawowego Opracowane produkty będą mieć przełomowy charakter (Opinia o innowacyjności).Celem projektu jest wzrost poziomu innowacyjności i aktywności B+R Spółki, w tym transfer technologii z sektora nauki do gospodarki. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez zrealizowanie celu szczegółowego, który określono jako przeprowadzenie B+R nad w/w rozwiązaniami, a rezultaty będą odpowiedzią na trendy rynkowe zmierzające w kierunku szukania najnowocześniejszych rozwiązań na rynku maszyn rolniczych. Zakres rzeczowy obejmie: - wynagrodzenia dla kadry badawczej: zaangażowanie 15 osób - zakup aparatury naukowej na potrzeby prowadzonych prac - zakup usług B+R wykonywanych na podstawie umowy przez jedn.naukową - zakup materiałów niezbędnych do prowadzenia badań - zakup doradztwa w celu ochrony praw własności - działania informacyjne i prom. Zaplanowano też zakup środków trwałych niezbędnych do przeprowadzenia przedsięwzięcia do etapu pierwszej produkcji włącznie, która oznaczać będzie pierwsze wdrożenie przemysłowe polegające na wytworzeniu pierwszych w swoim rodzaju opracowywanych urządzeń, obejmujące etapy następujące po uruchomieniu linii pilotażowej w ramach, której zawarta będzie faza testowania, ale nie produkcja masowa lub działalność handlowa.
