The subject of the project is the creation of the R & D department together with the research laboratory. The R & D department together with the laboratory will be set up to carry out research on the basis of the developed Research Agenda. The planned work is aimed at developing a line of innovative products with the common name “high fat mixture of powder for the food industry” intended for different sectors of the food industry. This line of products will be based on proteins and fats found in cow’s milk. The innovative offer of high-fat products will be complemented by the development of an innovative product production technology in small prepackages under the common name “A mix of proteins to produce yoghurt at home”. The development of the products described above will require cooperation with producers of protein concentrates in order to prepare powdered mixtures with a certain level of protein and fat under the order of ENTC. The Applicant shall purchase intangible assets, as well as equipment, apparatus and machinery and equipment necessary for research, as described and accepted in the Work Agenda. The project implemented by the Company is in line with the assumptions set out in SZOOP for Axis I Intelligent Management of Warmia and Mazury, which recognises as the objective of sub-measurement the growth of innovation of companies in the areas of smart specialisation due to R & D activities. The applicant is a representative of two intelligent specialisations of Warmia and Mazury and the project will contribute to increasing the percentage of innovative companies operating in Warmia-Mazury voivodship thanks to their R & D activities. Innovation confirmed by an independent opinion. As part of the project, the applicant established cooperation with both a researcher and a research unit. The research will be conducted under the leadership of an experienced researcher and provision of substantive support. New research jobs will be created. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest stworzenie działu B+R wraz z laboratorium badawczym. Dział B+R wraz z laboratorium zostaną utworzone w celu prowadzenia badań w oparciu o opracowaną Agendę Badawczą. Zaplanowane prace mają na celu opracowanie linii produktów innowacyjnych o wspólnej nazwie „Wysokotłuszczowa mieszanka proszku dla przemysłu spożywczego” przeznaczonych dla różnych gałęzi przemysłu spożywczego. Podstawą tej linii produktów będą białka i tłuszcze znajdujące się w mleku krowim. Uzupełnieniem innowacyjnej oferty produktów wysokotłuszczowych będzie opracowanie technologii wytwarzania innowacyjnego produktu w małych opakowaniach jednostkowych pod wspólną nazwą „Mieszanka białek do wytworzenia jogurtu w warunkach domowych”. Opracowanie opisanych powyżej produktów będzie wymagało współpracy z producentami koncentratów białkowych celem przygotowania pod zamówienie firmy ENTC sproszkowanych mieszanek o określonym poziomie białka i tłuszczu. Do uzyskania opisanych i przyjętych w harmonogramie Agendy prac Wnioskodawca zakupi wartości niematerialne i prawne oraz sprzęt, aparaturę i maszyny i urządzenia niezbędne do prowadzenia badań. Projekt realizowany przez Spółkę wpisuje się w założenia określone w SZOOP dla Osi I Inteligentna gospodarka Warmii i Mazur, który jako cel poddziałania uznaje wzrost innowacyjności firm w obszarach inteligentnych specjalizacji dzięki działalności badawczo-rozwojowej. Wnioskodawca jest przedstawicielem dwóch inteligentnych specjalizacji Warmii i Mazur a projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia odsetka firm innowacyjnych funkcjonujących w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim dzięki ich działalności badawczo-rozwojowej. Innowacja potwierdzona niezależną opinią. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca założył współpracę zarówno z pracownikiem naukowym, jak też z jednostką naukową. Badania będą prowadzone pod kierownictwem doświadczonego pracownika naukowego oraz zostało zapewnione wsparcie merytoryczne. Powstaną nowe etaty badawcze. (Polish)
