The main objective of the project is to increase the level of professional activity of 57 unemployed people K30/M27 from the area of Kielce in the period 11.2016-06.2018 years to persons of the area. 29, through comprehensive support in defining the pathway (confirmed qualifiers) Increased participation and employment among vulnerable people on the labour market who are looking for employment. Implementation of result and output indicators: The number of people who are unemployed. (including long-term unemployed) supported on the threshold. Number of long-term unemployed persons supported on the threshold. Number of passive persons supported on the threshold. Number of persons supported on the threshold. Number of people after 50 supported per threshold. Number of low-qualified people supported by the threshold. The project will respond comprehensively to the needs of the target group by carrying out the following tasks: Intermediation of work with professional advisory + IPD, Vocational training tailored to participants and local economy and internships – in accordance with the qualifications acquired during the training – for 57 participants of the project. The project will in particular target women, people over 50 years of age, long-term unemployment, low-skilled people with no professional experience. Wzrost aktywności zawodowej i zatrudnienia wśród osób znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, które poszukują zatrudnienia. Realizacja wskaźników rezultatu i produktu: Liczba os. bezrob. (łącznie z długotrwale bezrobotnymi) objętych wsparciem w prog. Liczba os. długotrwale bezrob. objętych wsparciem w prog. Liczba os. biernych zawo objętych wsparciem w prog. Liczba os. z niepełnosp. objętych wsparciem w prog. Liczba os. po 50 objętych wsparciem w prog.
