The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 29 years of age who are unemployed in the Staszów district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 13 people registered in the PUP. The project will support people over 29 years of age who are unemployed, registered in the PUP as unemployed, qualified to the aid profile I (active unemployed) or aid profile II (requiring support). As part of the project, participants will receive individualised support and assistance in defining the career path, including: • Identifying the needs of people without employment and diagnosing opportunities in the field of professional improvement, including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market • Comprehensive and individual job intermediation in the field of job selection in accordance with the qualifications and competences of the supported person or professional guidance on career development planning, including raising and supplementing professional competences and qualifications. On the basis of the results of the identification of needs, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market, i.e. traineeships, intervention work, training, start-up grants and job refunds. POWIAT STASZOWSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W STASZOWIE

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie staszowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 13 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte będą osoby powyżej 29 roku życia, pozostające bez pracy, zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne, zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu uczestnicy otrzymają zindywidualizowane wsparcie oraz pomoc w zakresie określania ścieżki zawodowej obejmującej: • Identyfikację potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikacja stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy • Kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami wspieranej osoby lub poradnictwo zawodowe z zakresie planowania rozwoju kariery zawodowej, w tym podnoszenia i uzupełniania kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych. Na podstawie wyników przeprowadzonej identyfikacji potrzeb PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, tj. staże, prace interwencyjne, szkolenia, dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej oraz refundacje stanowiska pracy.
