490 persons will be supported (K 308, M 182), meeting the following cumulative conditions (as stated in the SZOOP and accepted project selection criteria): — persons aged over 29 (persons who, at the start of their participation, have reached the age of 30), who are unemployed and registered in the PUP Kielce, with an aid profile, as defined I or II (active, requiring support) within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, in the particular situation of the labour market, i.e. one or more of the following: — people aged 50 and over (persons who were aged 50 or over), — women, persons with disabilities (person with a disability pronounced), — long-term unemployed (unemployed for a continuous period of at least 12 months before the date of accession to the project), — people with low qualifications (who has completed a level of education to the ISCED3 inclusive). The main result of the project will be the employment of 216 unemployed people registered in the PUP. The expected employment performance indicator is in line with the Action Plan for 2018.     Wsparciem zostanie objęte 490 osób (K 308, M 182), spełniających łącznie następujące warunki (zgodnie z zapisami zawartymi w SZOOP oraz przyjętymi kryteriami wyboru projektu): - osoby powyżej 29 roku życia (to osoby, które w dniu rozpoczęcia udziału w projekcie ukończyło 30 rok życia), - pozostające bez pracy i zarejestrowane w PUP Kielce, - o ustalonym I lub II profilu pomocy (aktywni, wymagający wsparcia) w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, - znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. należą do przynajmniej jednej z kategorii: - osoby powyżej 50 roku życia (to osoby, które w dniu rozpoczęcia udziału w projekcie ukończyły 50 lat), - kobiety, - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami (osoba z orzeczeniem o niepełnosprawności), - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne (osoba bezrobotna zarejestrowana nieprzerwanie przez okres co najmniej 12 miesięcy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu), - osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (osoba posiadająca wykształcenie na poziomie do ISCED3 włącznie). Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 216 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP. Zakładany wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej jest zgodny z Planem Działania na rok 2018. (Polish)
