Modernisation of road lighting in Miedziana Góra commune will consist of replacing 1290 luminaires of old type road lighting fittings with a light source of mercury (HPM) and sodium (HPS) light sources and diluting the lighting by 100 light points in order to meet the requirements of the EN 13201 lighting standard. In addition, 79 lighting control points will be modernised with the installation of passive power compensation systems, overvoltage limiters and intelligent control. The investment will cover all the villages of Miedziana Góra commune. The main objective of the investment is to reduce CO2, NOX, PM10 and PM2.5 emissions by reducing electricity consumption, which is produced mainly from hard coal in Poland. The effect of reducing emissions of these gases and dust can be achieved by reducing the power of installed electricity receivers. The municipality of Miedziana Góra will achieve this by modernising street lighting to energy efficient. The total value of the project is PLN 2,790 000.00, the eligible expenditure is PLN 2,038 671,82, the value of the co-financing is PLN 1 732 871.05. The project is not a revenue-generating project. The implementation period is planned from 6 December 2016 to 31 December 2019. The project is being implemented by Miedziana Góra Municipality. The project was planned based on an energy audit of lighting in the Miedziana Góra commune. In addition, the investment results from the Low-Emission Economy Plan for Miedziana Góra Municipality. The project aims to achieve the following indicators: Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (Cl 34) – 746.31 tonnes of CO2 equivalent, amount of electricity saved – 919.10 MWh/year. The objectives of the project are in line with the objectives of priority 6 for investment priority 4e – reduced emissions of harmful substances to air in the KOF area. (English)

Wartość całkowita projektu to 2 790 000,00 zł, wydatki kwalifikowane to 2 038 671,82 zł, wartość dofinansowania to 1 732 871,05 zł. Projekt nie jest projektem generującym dochód. Okres realizacji zaplanowano od 6 grudnia 2016 r. do 31 grudnia 2019 r. Realizatorem projektu jest Gmina Miedziana Góra. Projekt został zaplanowany w oparciu o audyt energetyczny oświetlenia na terenie Gminy Miedziana Góra. Dodatkowo inwestycja wynika z Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy Miedziana Góra. Projekt zakłada do osiągnięcia następujące wskaźniki: Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (Cl 34) - 746,31 tony równoważnika CO2, Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej – 919,10 MWh/rok. (Polish)
