The implementation of the project will consist of carrying out renovation works including: —repair of the towers roof link + others (including carpentry works)-according to the estimate: dismantling of cover and formwork, new formwork, membrane position, replacement of floor elements, fungation, blinds assembly, stained glass construction and installation, stucco maintenance, renovation of wooden ceilings and support bells; —exchange of towers roofing + sheet metalworking: scaffolding, dismantling of old cover, covering towers and domes with sheet metal, lightning systems, repair of sheet metalworking; —renovation of western facade plaster and towers: preparatory works, cleaning of surfaces, welds, repair of historic walls, replenishment of plasters, impregnation with mould preparation, location of refurbishment plasters (overlays on thickening, calcareous putty), construction of profiles of noble decorative drawings, priming of substrates, high quality painting. The project will achieve the following indicators: —number of real-estate monuments supported-1 – number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities-1 – number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvements for people with disabilities-0 – increase in the expected number of visits in supported sites belonging to cultural and natural heritage and which are tourist attractions-increase by 1050 persons/year The aim of the project is to increase the availability of cultural resources of the region by securing the cultural heritage object – the church. Realizacja projektu polegać będzie na wykonaniu prac renowacyjnych obejmujących: -remont więźby dachowej wież + inne (w tym roboty ciesielskie)-wg kosztorysu: rozebranie pokrycia i deskowania, nowe deskowanie, położenie membrany, wymiana elementów podłóg, odgrzybienie, montaż żaluzji, wykonanie i montaż witraża, konserwacja sztukaterii, remont stropów pośrednich drewnianych i konstrukcji wsporczych dzwonów; -wymiana pokrycia dachów wież + obróbki blacharskie: postawienie rusztowań, demontaż starego pokrycia, krycie wież i kopuł blachą, instalacje odgromowe, remont obróbek blacharskich; -remont tynków elewacji zachodniej i wież: roboty przygotowawcze, czyszczenie powierzchni, spoin, naprawa murów zabytkowych, uzupełnienie tynków, impregnacja preparatem przeciw pleśni, położenie tynków renowacyjnych (nakłady na pogrubienie, przetarcie szpachlą wapienną), wykonanie profili ciągnionych szlachetnych ozdobnych, gruntowanie podłoży, malowanie wysokojakościowe. W ramach projektu osiągnięte zostaną następujące wskaźniki: -liczba zabytków nieruchomych objętych wsparciem–1 - liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami–1 -liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami-0 - wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin w objętych wsparciem miejscach należących do dziedzictwa kulturalnego i naturalnego oraz stanowiących atrakcje turystyczne–wzrost o 1050 os./rok Celem projektu jest zwiększona dostępność zasobów kulturowych regionu poprzez zabezpieczenie obiektu dziedzictwa kulturowego - kościoła pw. Narodzenie NMP w Piekoszowie (konserwacja, renowacja oraz zabezpieczenie zabytku przed zagrożeniami wraz z zagospodarowaniem otoczenia) wraz z dostosowaniem go do funkcji turystycznych.
