(12 K 4 M including 1 KN) living in the municipality of DWIKOZY until 31.12.2020 The aim of the project is to combat social exclusion by strengthening employability by using forms of active inclusion such as social contracts, career counselling and guidance, training and work placements, psychological support for 16 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The planned tasks will help to increase the social and occupational integration of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. According to the diagnosis, the adaptation of forms of social and occupational integration to the needs of people will increase their employability. Objęcie wsparciem z zakresu aktywnej integracji 16 os. (12 K 4 M w tym 1 KN), zamieszkujących gminę Dwikozy, do 31.12.2020r. Celem projektu jest przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemu poprzez wzmocnienie szans na zatrudnienie przy wykorzystaniu form aktywnej integracji, takich jak kontrakty socjalne, doradztwo zawodowe i poradnictwo pracy, szkolenia i staże zawodowe, wsparcie psychologiczne dla 16 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Zaplanowane w proj. zadania przyczynią się do zwiększenia integracji społeczno-zawodowej osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Jak wynika z diagnozy dostosowanie form integracji społeczno-zawodowej do potrzeb w/w osób zwiększy ich szanse na zatrudnienie. Wielotorowe wsparcie umożliwi aktywną integrację uczestników i pozwoli na aktywność zawodową i społeczną. (Polish)
