Cel główny: wzmocnienie szans na zatrudnienie dla 12K i 8M osób z terenów wiejskich gminy Mniów, tzw. lokalnych społeczności wśród osób/rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem/wykluczeniem społecznym, poprzez ich kompleksową aktywizację społeczno-zawodową do 31.03.2021r. Grupy docelowe: 1) 12K i 8M - osoby zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami; Działania: aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa, terapia oraz poradnictwo, kursy podnoszące kwalifikacje/kompetencje zawodowe, aktywizacja zawodowa – staże. 2) 23K i 17M – (dzieci) otoczenie osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem; Działania: organizacja Mikołajek i kolonii dla dzieci; organizacja 2 spotkań integrujących lokalne społeczeństwo gminy.
